We greatly enjoyed our private apartment in beautiful Sopot.

Apartment was very spacious and the location was central to everything near the downtown area. We were able to walk across the street to the beach. The apartment was also a few minute walk from an excellent patisserie and Italian restaurant. Our apartment also opened up to an outdoor terrace which was a primary reason I booked it. Using the terrace to sit outside drinking coffee and listening to the sea was unforgettable.

I wish the apartment had more natural lighting.

Very clean. Good location. Close to beach and 10 minute walk to town.

The apartment was very clean. My partner is allergic to dust particles and didn’t sneeze once. Great location, quiet neighborhood and yet it’s within 5 minute walking distance from the Sopor Pier. Strongly recommend.

This is the place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place (Mistral 1) is located in a cozy Haffner street just few minutes away from the beach. You’ll find in the apartment everything you need from fully equipped kitchen to all bathroom necessities. The apartment is modern and extremely clean. Additional points we give for the stylish and historical building where the apartment is located. We’ll come back!

Great apartment, but the staff badly need customer service training!

The apartment was great, ideal for a family, the right size, location (other than a bit if noise at night and being top floor with no lift, but that didn't bother us). It's really well appointed and comfortable, with air con.

Before we arrived we messaged the team about checking in early, they said they couldn't guarantee it but they'd do their best. When we arrived at their offices, at the time we'd mentioned, there were three people there but nobody even acknowledged we existed for a few minutes and nobody showed any sign of knowing about the earlier email exchange. There was no evidence any effort had been made to get us into the apartment earlier, which would've really helped us out (one of us had a Zoom call for work) and they just told us come back at the standard time. It was really frustrating. To be fair, once we were in, we messaged them about the batteries in the air con remote and a tall lad with longish hair came straight round and was really helpful. I don't think he was there when we initially arrived and he seemed the only one (the others were kidults) with any clue about service. The location is also a little noisy at night.

it was fast both receiving and giving back of the keys, the office was located close to the apartment.

for sure 500pln of deposit is to high - it was higher than the price of my booking an also the fact about the deposit itself as well as the amount of it was provided few days before arrival.

I found the living room was a bit to dark for my taste. Side lamps could do the trick and create a nice, cozy atmosphere.

Generally speaking, the stay was great and the apt met all expectations!

The bathroom needs a little fixing, the glass curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom is not long/wide enough and one ends up flooding the bathroom floor when taking the shower. This could be considered a small improvement.

Satysfakcjonujący

Dobre wyposażenie, czysto, bezproblemowe ogrzewanie i jego regulacja (październik), łazienka mała, ale z dobrymi rozwiązaniami np. umywalka z kranem z boku, prysznic ze składaną obudową (malutki minus za niestykanie do końca dwóch skrzydeł i przez to niewielka nieszczelność), estetyczny wystrój, dość blisko plaży i Monciaka, ale jednak trochę na uboczu, przez co nie słychać dźwięków nocnego życia miasta.

Niezwiązane stricte z samym apartamentem, ale jednak w drodze do niego: niezbyt łatwo znaleźć światło na klatce schodowej przez co jest trochę niebezpiecznie jak jest ciemno (w październiku już ok. 17/18 godz.), zwłaszcza, że schodki są bardzo wytarte i nierówne (wejście do apartamentu jest na półpietrze).

Naprostá spokojenost, splnilo očekávání

Vynikající lokalita, kousek od pláže i centra města, pěkně a vkusně zařízený apartmán, pěkné prostředí. Okamžité vrácení složené kauce.

Na můj vkus příliš mnoho emailu a zpráv od ubytovatele, ale nijak to neublížilo, spíše trochu obtěžovalo. Vratná kauce, zatím nikdy a nikde jsem se s tímto nesetkal, ale asi mají svůj důvod.

Lokalizacja, czystość, wyposażenie. Bardzo blisko do plaży o Molo. Niedaleko do ul. Boh. Monte Cassino, gdzie jest dużo restauracji i można zjeść.
