Местоположение очень удобное. Помещение маленькое всего 16 м2. Что в начале немного пугало. Но продуман каждый сантиметр, по факту вышло все великолепно. Все самое необходимое есть. Все компактно и удобно. Телевизор имеет много каналов и при желании можно посмотреть , найти что то на любой вкус. Что очень редко встречается. Бывает так что телевизор висит , а смотреть нечего ибо мало каналов. WI-FI устойчив. Белье и полотенца чистые. Полотенца в достаточном количестве и для лица и тела. Полотенце для рук на кухне было, что очень удобно. При обращении к представителям арендодателя с просьбой, просьба была мгновенна решена.
На балконе давно не было уборки. хотелось бы что бы было чище. В душевой так же на полу желательно почистить плитку от плесени. На кухне, кроме губки для мытья посуды, не хватало дополнительной салфетки для вытирания воды со столешницы. Речь идет не о полотенце.

Quadratisch gut für alle die keine engeängste empfinden und zentral sein möchten alle Gegenstände des täglichen bedarf da 🙂 Empfehlung für eine Person.
Der Balkon , eine Art Käfig zum Innenhof was keine Aussicht hat außer Nachbarn Fenster. Vielleicht ist das was für Raucher dass ich nicht bin 🙂 Schade der Raum passt nicht zum Außenhaus.
