Stylowy Apartament z Parkingiem Victus by Noclegi Renters

Location: Quiet street but close to the pedestrian area, restaurants and the famous pier in Sopot

1. Complete lack of communication with the owners. All messages went unanswered. 2. A few days before check-in, I received a message saying my credit card wasn't working and that I needed to immediately follow a link and pay or the reservation would be lost. This was strange because all the hotels and apartments were accepting payments just fine. I sent a message, but there was no response. I tried calling, but they only answered in Polish. I tried to get English. They sent me a link that didn't work, but they refused to provide any other way to pay and keep the reservation. We resolved the issue with the Booking.com agent. 3. We arrived and received the keys to the apartment. We also reserved underground parking. The remote control for the underground parking didn't work; the battery in the remote was dead. Other guests showed us how to open the garage door from the inside without the remote. We spent two days trying to open it manually to get in and out (calling the owners was useless, see above). 4. The building has an elevator. The apartment is nice, large, and clean. Excellent air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. 5. Broken blinds in the living room. You can't sleep there. 6. Nice large bathroom. There's a bathtub, but no shower curtain. You wash yourself and all the water ends up on the floor. The shower hangs out of the wall at stomach level. You have to bend over to wash your hair and face. And the light above the mirror constantly flickers. Perhaps all of the above isn't particularly critical, but personally, it really ruined my impression of the apartment and the place in general.

Jedyny minus jaki mogłabym wskazać to brak wymienionych w wyposażeniu kosmetyków - w apartamencie znalazło się tylko mydło w płynie do rąk oraz płyn do naczyń.

Wyjątkowa lokalizacja, duży balkon, garaż podziemny. Będziemy wracać!!

Läget i Sopot var mycket bra. 200 meter genom en park till stranden. 150 meter vänster så är du mitt i centrum. Trots vägen utanför var det lugnt. Balkongen var trevlig, men det kunde funnits ett bättre, mindre rostigt möblemang där. I huset finns ett minilivs med ett bra utbud. Ingång och garage som öppnas med fjärr på husets baksida. Positivt med hiss från garaget upp till lägenhetens våningsplan. Trapphuset kändes verkligen helt o rent. Säkerhetsdörren till lägenheten påminde om en bankvalvsdörr men det gjorde det tryggt.

Små detaljer gör mycket och borde vara lätta att åtgärda. Totalt 7 lampor var trasiga. Lakan med hål i. Duschmunstycket igensatt. 1 av 3 köksstolar är sönder och går ej att sitta på, de andra två också mycket dåliga och gamla. Persienner trasiga, 1 av 2 mörkläggningsgardiner saknas helt i vardagsrummet vid bäddsoffan. Sängen är mycket smal och obekväm för två så det blev att en av oss fick ta bäddsoffan. Redan gamla recensioner tyder på att man inte bryr sig. Fortfarande stänger inte kylskåpsdörren helt så lampan lyser och därmed glipa. AC funkade bra, men var fortfarande lika ostädad som tidigare skrivits men det fixade vi direkt med dammsugaren. Porslin fanns, men hade inte gjort något om det fanns lite extra och inte bara udda så man faktiskt kunde använda diskmaskinen. Parkeringsnedfarten är verkligen brant och trångt i garaget, men det funkade. Önskar man att det ska sopsorteras borde man ge förutsättningar för detta i lägenheten också.
