Auf ersten Blick ist das Apartment ansprechend. Nahe Lage zu Fußgängerzone.
Ein Doppelbett nur 1.40m breit, das andere 1.60m, Oberflächlich saniert, unpraktische Handtuchhalter, Wasser läuft in der Dusche schlecht ab, Heizung konnte nur schlecht reguliert werden, Fenster sehr niedrig ohne Absturzsicherung, ungeeignet für kleine Kinder oder Tiere, sehr enger Hof und enger Parkplatz
