A great place!
We loved the apartment, especially the terrace with the view of plants and flowers. The flat was fully equipped. We highly recommend it to everyone!

Good location but not so clean
Location that fits my needs. Nice little garden. Quiet atmosphere.
It's not the same apartment as on picture. I had this appartment last year and I was complain that the sofabed was broken. It wasn't fixed, they just stick a lot of stick tape and the bed collapse agien while sleeping. They have TV but the TV service is not working, can't watch anything. The glass door in the appartment are soo loud and if someone want to use toilet in the night the glass door will spread the light all over the living room. When we arrived the glasses and the mugs were very dirty. The vacume cleaner hasn' t been clean in the years when you turn it on, the whole appartment smells like death people.

It’s modern, well equipped and with small garden The owner is responsive and helpful.
It’s quite far from the beach and city center (20 minutes walking distance to the beach and 30 minutes walking distance to the city center) You need to pick up and return keys in the different location, 3km from the apartament

In desperat need of a loving hand
When new built is was most likely a wonderful appartement. Not now.
Not walking distance to town. No air conditioning even if this apartment came up on that search criteria. Absolutely minimum kitchen supplies. Was suppose to be ground floor, got 2 floor. Shower drain was 90% full. Led lightning was not working. Some light switches not working. No fire alerm in building.

Znakomite rozpoczęcie wiosny
Nowo wybudowany budynek, wszystko jeszcze pachnie nowością i czystością. Zadbane otoczenie. Parking podziemny. Lokalizacja bardzo przyjemna, ulica z domami jednorodzinnymi, oddalona od zgiełku okolic sopockiego mola, ale wystarczająco bliska, by dotrzeć do morza spacerem w 20 minut. W pobliżu Lidl, Biedronka i stacja SKM. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, więc dobrze się spało po wielogodzinnych spacerach i przejażdżkach rowerem. Budziła nas jakaś głośna, skrzecząca mewa rano, ale przecież szkoda spać gdy słońce wysoko na niebie. Nowe i kompletne wyposażenie w kuchni (talerze, sztućce, kubki, filiżanki, piekarnik z mikrofalą i płyta indukcyjna). Może uda się tu jeszcze wrócić :-)
Widać, że niedawno oddany apartament, bo jeszcze brakuje domofonu i wystają jakieś kabelki gdzieniegdzie. Uważam, że przydałby się drugi mały ręcznik w łazience, a nie tylko 1 +2 duże, gdy przyjeżdżają 2 osoby. Przydałby się też jeden mniejszy garnek w kuchni.
