This was a very unclean, dirty and very poorly equipped flat with dreadful service from the owners!!
The ONLY good thing about this flat is that it is central.
This was by far the worst flat we have ever stayed in!! It was not clean - the cleaners had obviously done as quick a job as possible and just did not care. The bedding for the single bed smelt really stale and awful as it had not been dried properly before being put on. One of the bedside lamps was broken and unsafe. The floor was really unclean, cracked and there were dark patches of dirt and black mould around the flat. One of the most disgusting things was seeing other people's hair on the floor and there was even someone's grey hair in the cutlery drawers in the kitchen, which made us feel physically sick. We were 4 adults, but no towels were provided for the fourth adult and there was no bed linen AT ALL for the sofa bed with no notice of this given. There was one small roll of the cheapest toilet roll possible. When we politely asked the owners for the towels, the sofa bedding and another loo roll, they answered us rudely. A vacuum cleaner and dirty mop were just left in the way in the flat. Rubbish was left outside the flat door.
The kitchen was so poorly equipped and completely inadequate for preparing even a simple family meal that it was unbelievable! There were only a few dirty and old saucepans. The crockery was chipped and old, and there was no tin opener, no kettle and no scissors provided. The plastic chopping board was filthy and old. Given the disgusting condition in the whole kitchen, we washed everything before we used it, including all the surfaces and the table, just to be able to prepare a simple family meal.
The communication was completely unclear; check-in instructions were sent via their owner website and not via the Booking.com website. They charged 10 euros for an early check-in but on arrival at the flat at 13:00 we found it had not been cleaned after the previous guests and the owners then told us that check-in before 15:00 was not possible!

Well located and the bed was very comfy.
The young lady that greeted us at the reception with a big smile and was super friendly! She walked to the accommodation with us, which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
The Appartement had a funny smell (damp), so we opened all the windows, also the ones in the stairs and it got better by the end of our stay. Like the place have not been used for a long time. The air conditioning pipe was a bit faulty (not well installed) so my husband had to put the unit higher so it would work. We only used the air conditioning when went to bed as it was pretty warm, during the day all windows were open. It could be better cleaned. There was dust on high places and border of the walls (rodapié). 2 sets of narrow stairs, so if somebody in your group can’t walk, better look elsewhere!

There were bags of laundry in the hall snd up the stairs making access difficult- especially up the narrow, stone stairs. Not what you want with luggage on arrival.

impossible de faire fonctionner la television .escalier 2eme etage difficile et non signale dans le descriptif de location. manque d'hygiene dans l appart.manque le verrou de la porte d'entree. Donc insecurite. Conciergerie inefficace. pas de batterie de cuisine pas de boulloire !!! aeration exterieur non terminee . Plancher de la porte entree appart defonce.cache par u.n tapis
