A gem in Città di Castello

The staff was really nice, the location was great and the room was spacious with high ceilings. My windows opened to the terrace.

Bed was very uncomfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress when you lay on it and also sloped into the centre. Would have given a solid score of 9 and a recommendation if not for the very poor bed.

I understand that the room is bnb but the fact there was no coffee machine is really strange. Only teabags are provided. To me Italy is coffee!

The food served at Trattoria Lea, recommended by our hostess, was the worst i had in italy! I would not recommend this restaurant. The staff and food at Lea made me feel like a tourist. Everywhere else has made me feel so welcome.

We felt very comfortable at this property. The location was ideal and the rooms very clean.

Everything from our initial check-in to check-out was great. We were greeted with enthusiasm and everything was perfect! Such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend for all travellers who value cleanliness, great location and value. We will definitely book again on our next trip to CdC.

My go to Citta di Castello accommodation.

My room was huge, warm, very comfortable, full of light and quiet. The kettle was a welcome addition making a coffer or tea in the room possible. There is an elevator 😃 Valeria had gone to the trouble to have a young woman who spoke English there when I arrived to help just in case I didn't speak Italian.

The pillows didn't work for me.
