Città di Castello bella, poco accogliente la struttura
La struttura è collocata in posizione centrale rispetto alla cittá
L'accesso alla casa è da un portone angusto.La camera collocata al piano sotto tetto, a cui si arriva da scale molto molto ripide. La stanza molto fredda, il riscaldamento era impostato solo per per poche ore. Alle 15 è arrivato in camera sotto tetto un freddo polare, il riscaldamento completamente spento.La temperatura nella camera era di 12 gradi .Nel bagno era completamente spento il riscaldamento, fare la doccia era un'impresa per il freddo. Abbiamo contattato subito Fabio, il proprietario, che è venuto a sistemare il tutto, in un attimo è stato riattivato. .Dopo mezzanotte, la temperatura è scesa a 10 gradi, riscaldamento spento. Dal timer, si vedeva che da mezzanotte in poi era spento. Nottata al ghiaccio, mi sono addormentata alle quattro, quando finalmente il riscaldamento è ripartito. Viaggio spesso, anche all'estero. Non mi era mai successo di dover chiedere di attivare il riscaldamento... Colazione non inclusa!

Fabio è davvero una persona eccezionale, super accogliente e disponibile. La struttura si presenta estremamente pulita, gli spazi adeguati, zona tranquilla e super centrale. Possibilità di parcheggiare anche sotto casa. Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente

Ottima posizione, bel posto e personale molto disponibile, stanza ben tenuta e pulita. Penso ci torneremo presto. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Le coin café, thé et eau à disposition très bien.
Malheureusement nous avions je pense la chambre moins sympa des deux autres. La salle de bain très petite avec les portes de la cabine de douche quasiment impossible à fermer, une douche fixe et inondation systématique chaque soir. Le matelas est de moyenne qualité. Dommage car la position de la structure est parfaite et le gérant est sympathique.
