AMAZING staff demonstrating high alacrity - beautiful, comfortable facilities - book with confidence

The high level of alacrity amongst the staff — the professional grade service was amazing! Book with confidence, you will not regret your choice of this hotel. Location, comfortable beds and facilities, friendly staff — what more could you want? We had a mini-health emergency and Jean Carlo and team were very responsive and helped my buddy get to the ER. We needed to stay another night and they quickly made arrangements. Mattia and other front desk staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Comfortable hotel with welcoming staff

Beautiful hotel with lots of Burri art on the walls. Comfortable bed and close to restaurants and sites. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful in scheduling a taxi back to Arezzo. Great air conditioning. Massive shower and modern bathroom.

I would have liked real cups/glasses in room instead of the little paper cups.

Lighting in wardrobe area - constantly on/off. Also a general point applicable here and in other hotels. Do not push your eco credentials ( about reusing towels ) if you do not provide a working plug in the sink.

Loved the hotel but disappointed in the room for what we paid.

Location is perfect

Our room windows opened to a busy noisy service alley with no view. Dumpsters on the alley from our window. That for over 200 euros per nite.

Love this hotel. Perfect location and room was comfortable. But Mateo was extraordinary!!! We travel a lot and he was by far the best front desk manager we've ever encountered. They're very lucky to have him. He made our stay memorable.

Fab location, great room, great staff

We loved the location which was right in the heart of the city and close to everything. Parking on the square was easy and the staff - especially on reception - were great. She organised a restaurant for Saturday night when we had been unable to find one ourselves and was interested in us and a great advocate for the Hotel

Atmosfere d'epoca nel centro di città di castello

Hotel bellissimo, ricavato in un antico palazzo sapientemente ristrutturato. Arredi d'epoca, soffitto a cassettoni, quadri di pregio, danno un'impronta unica che rende il soggiorno indimenticabile. Ottima posizione nel centro di città di castello. Staff molto gentile e professionale. Il ristorante dell'albergo è di ottima qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ideal gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Der Service entspricht 4 Sternen, die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und die Lage ist ideal, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Größe des Zimmers hat uns angenehm überrascht. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, wenn man den italienischen Anspruch an "colazione" berücksichtigt. Wer mit dem eigenen Auto anreist, kann direkt am Hotel parken (sofern noch Platz ist). Ansonsten gibt es einen öffentlichen gebührenfreien Parkplatz in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Alles tipptopp, von unserer Seite gibt es hier nichts zu beanstanden.
