AMAZING staff demonstrating high alacrity - beautiful, comfortable facilities - book with confidence
The high level of alacrity amongst the staff — the professional grade service was amazing! Book with confidence, you will not regret your choice of this hotel. Location, comfortable beds and facilities, friendly staff — what more could you want? We had a mini-health emergency and Jean Carlo and team were very responsive and helped my buddy get to the ER. We needed to stay another night and they quickly made arrangements. Mattia and other front desk staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Comfortable hotel with welcoming staff
Beautiful hotel with lots of Burri art on the walls. Comfortable bed and close to restaurants and sites. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful in scheduling a taxi back to Arezzo. Great air conditioning. Massive shower and modern bathroom.
I would have liked real cups/glasses in room instead of the little paper cups.

Lighting in wardrobe area - constantly on/off. Also a general point applicable here and in other hotels. Do not push your eco credentials ( about reusing towels ) if you do not provide a working plug in the sink.

Loved the hotel but disappointed in the room for what we paid.
Location is perfect
Our room windows opened to a busy noisy service alley with no view. Dumpsters on the alley from our window. That for over 200 euros per nite.
