1) La posizione della struttura rispetto al centro storico; 2) La pulizia in generale 3) L'eccezionale comfort con particolare riferimento al riscaldamento (garantito da termosifoni + stufa a pellet + climatizzatori a pompa di calore); 4) La squisita ospitalità di Federico

Innanzitutto la grande cortesia di Federico che ci ha accolti con estrema cordialita. Pulizia eccellente. Struttura praticamemte in centro storico con parcheggio comodo a poche centinaia di metri. Sicuramente da consigliare.
