Central and comfortable

Very central, a few steps away from the main piazza. We chose primarly due to the availability to park our motorbike in a closed garage. Room was good size, everything spotlessly clean. Furniture a bit dated but comfortable. Great breakfast.

Great breakfast by the way & wonderful location!

Even though the private parking area was full by the time we got in, we got passes to park on street & was instructed to park in secured area in the AM after early patrons departed, till we could continue our Pilgrimage before moving on. Really liked it there & incredibly value!

Great location, free parking close to hotel, spacious clean rooms, abundant choice of breakfast items. Well priced. Very welcoming of pets. (We liked it so much we stayed an extra night)

Good location

Room was freezing, noisy, no extra blankets, unattractive. Had the drag luggage up 3 flights, doors we flimsy and could here through the walls child playing at 7 am. Too much street noise.

The bed was super comfortable with a nice (not saggy) mattress. Top location in town with shops, bus stop and restaurants just minutes away. Very friendly staff. All in all a very good option and choice.

Very helpful lady that welcomed me and allowed me to carry my bike in my room for the night. Very good breakfast with wide selection of salty and sweet options. Excellent value for money.

Someone was smoking heavily close by and my room would smell very badly of cigarette smoke everytime that person smoked. With the extreme heat and no air conditioning, clising all the windows was nit an option. Damn smokers!

Soggiorno essenziale in centro a Città di Castello

Struttura datata, ma manutenuta più che ragionevolmente. Personale cortese e disponibile. Molto gentilmente mi hanno fatto ricoverare per la notte la motocicletta in un deposito al coperto e al chiuso. Ottima la posizione in centro a CDC. Non è un luogo fascinoso, ma provvede più che bene all’essenziale.

Bene ma si può fare meglio

La posizione molto vicina al centro cittadino, la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto al sicuro, ed una buona colazione. Oltre alla cortesia dello staff.

Purtroppo in questo periodo di gran caldo la stanza è fornita di due torrette ventilatori ma non erano sufficienti. In più se si teneva aperta la finestra per provare ad arieggiare, essendo vicini a delle attività ristorative e al centro abitato, i rumori provenienti da fuori non conciliano il sonno.

Bella struttura, posizione eccezionale m, colazione abbondante e varia. Ci hanno fatto parcheggiare la moto in un locale chiuso.

Albergo molto pulito e comodo, personale gentilissimo e davvero disponibile. La struttura si trova nel centro di Città di Castello e ha un parcheggio contrassegnato a 150mt. La colazione era buona e abbondante. Sicuramente è un albergo che consiglierei.

Per il week end fatto è andato benissimo e se dovessimo ritornare da quelle parti ci ritornerei.

Hotel a conduzione famigliare. i proprietari e chi lavora li molto cordiali, gentili e simpatici. La colazione buona, varia (americana). le camere molto pulite, (la nostra un po piccola ma per 2 e per 2gg è andata bene). L'hotel era in centro della città storica, disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito vicino.

Essendo in centro storico è un po disturbato, la sera. Non ha aria condizionata.
