Central and comfortable
Very central, a few steps away from the main piazza. We chose primarly due to the availability to park our motorbike in a closed garage. Room was good size, everything spotlessly clean. Furniture a bit dated but comfortable. Great breakfast.

The staff were incredibly kind & attentive. Eg. We got in at night & my wife had been nursing a bad cold. The gentleman overseeing things quickly went to the kitchen to get her a pot of hot water at her request to make her tea for recuperation. I really appreciated that! Great breakfast by the way & wonderful location!
Even though the private parking area was full by the time we got in, we got passes to park on street & was instructed to park in secured area in the AM after early patrons departed, till we could continue our Pilgrimage before moving on. Really liked it there & incredibly value!

Great location, free parking close to hotel, spacious clean rooms, abundant choice of breakfast items. Well priced. Very welcoming of pets. (We liked it so much we stayed an extra night)

if you are traveling on budget, this hotel is a real gem. perfectly located, free parking, pet-friendly, good breakfast and a lovely staff. A place to go back as the perfect base for discovering Umbria
