The apartment complex in in a great location, and the building itself is beautiful. The apartment was warm and confortable, as well as well equipped.

Parking was not easy, but that's expected in a medieval town!

Wonderful stay in what felt like a castle

Huge room, great view out the window, excellent location, kitchen was great, and large bathroom. Could not have asked for more. Loved the woman in reception - what a character - really fun.

The property is very echoey due to the building (no one’s fault!) and kitchenware needs a bit of an upgrade for a group (more glasses etc), would also be nice to have a table and chairs on the terrace. Otherwise perfect! Thanks

Fantastic location with comfortable accommodation and friendly staff.

I stayed in a suite with a big bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. There were nice views from the windows and the suite was very quiet at night, so I slept very well. The location was excellent: a short walk from all the main attractions of the historic city center and easy to reach from the train station. The director was really friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Città di Castello!

Historic building, great room and wonderful service

This is truly a beautiful and historic building in a perfect location in Citta di Castello. The room we stayed in was fantastic. The building itself is beautifully restored. And Elisa, who greeted us and helped us for our two-day stay was wonderful. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local tips in general. She even guided us to the hotel parking place in town personally. Thank you, Elisa!

Everything was fabulous. Elisa was extremely helpful and delightful. The apartment was super clean, very big, great bathroom and very comfortable. Location was really central and just a lovely town.

A step back in time.. in a good way

Wonderfully traditional apartment in the centre of Città di Castello. We appreciated the friendly welcome from the manager. The view of the countryside framed by stone walls and tiles of the residence was delightful.

The kitchen could have been better equipped, as it was very basic.

Wonderful historic palazzo, lush bathroom, delightful host.

We knew there would be no aircon on booking, but in the exceptional heat (40+) it was hard to keep the room cool. Fans and advice on when to open the shutters/windows helped.

very nice appartment with a great location

instructions were a bit. vague, like how to enter after office hours was not clear but after a phone call with the manager it was sorted out. similarly on check out no instructions and no follow up so we just left as we assumed the right way to do it.

Everything. The owner is a nice and friendly and kindly lady. She suggested where to go for lunch and dinner and places to visit. We were really happy to stay there. Nice location and charming residence. Walking distance from downtown and all the places to visit. Superb.....
