Spacious apartment in a charming historic building, featuring beautiful floors and exposed wooden beams. A generous and good breakfast is provided. Super friendly and responsive hosts.

Authentic and exquisite Umbrian experience at a fantastic price.

The location is outstanding. It's very close to safe and spacious parking spots (if you travel by car). It's inside the city walls, giving you access to all the beauty of Città di Castello whenever you want. The place is furnished with locally sources materials and taste. The small terrace is completely hidden and enables you to view the major town's monuments without even been seen :-) Additionally, the host maintains beautiful plants that will surely add coziness to your stay. The kitchen is well equipped and whatever else you need, the host is ready to provide. The breakfast is abundant, filling, and delicious.

The internet connection had limited range, therefore if you are planning to work remotely from this location for 2 people or more, be aware of the limitations and ask for assistance ahead of time: the host will gladly accommodate your requests.

A charming and ultra convenient base from which to explore Città di Castello.

An amazing apartment in the historic center. This home is the definition of quaint, old Umbrian/Italian charm and a five minute walk to the historic center of Città di Castello. Luciana was absolutely delightful and brought us a home - prepared breakfast that was bounteous and delicious. When we return to this lovely city, we will absolutely stay again at Palazzo San Florido.

Delightful host, well-equipped apartment, exceptionally generous breakfast including home made jam and cakes.

Fairytale accommodation

The location is in the center of the old town. The apartment is very cosy and special, decorated with great taste in a beautiful vintage style. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The host is helpful and nice. Breakfast is delicious, containing italian cheese and prosciutto, bread and butter, yogurt, coffee and tea or milk and chocolate cake. She even offered us two little jars of delicious jam homemade by herself. 💛 It was a real pleasure to stay here.

The perfect place

This apartment is ideally located in the old town and is simply fabulous. It is furnished with traditional period furniture with the added benefits of a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The roof terrace offers a great view of the old town. The bed is comfortable and the hosts provide quality linen and towels.

La mancanza dell'ascensore e del parcheggio. Poco spazio nel bagno tra i due sanitari.
