Das Haus lago dorato hatte eine optimale Lage zum See. Wir waren in 5 min zu Fuß bereits dort. Der Vermieter wartete auf uns bei der Anreise und begrüßte uns sehr herzlich. In Englisch erklärte er uns alle wichtigen Dinge des Hauses für unseren Aufenthalt dort. Er übergab uns dankenswerter Weise eine eine einwöchige Parkkarte kostenlos da unser Auto für die Tiefgarage zu groß war. Das Haus hat zwei Bäder, zwei Terrassen und in jedem Zimmer einen Balkon! Der Wohnbereich und Essbereich ist großzügig und wir hatten zu Viert massig Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Und unser Vermieter kümmerte sich wirklich herzlich und lieb um uns und fragte nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas benötigen. Er kam sogar zur Abreise um sich persönlich bei uns zu verabschieden!

Es ist schwierig zu sagen was besser hätte sein sollen. Naja, es gab kein Internet - aber wir alle haben es wirklich nicht vermisst.

Super schnelle Reaktion als Elektrogerät defekt war. Sehr nette Vermieter. Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern.

Keine Klimaanlage - dies war aber auch so in der Beschreibung angegeben.

Rather large house with 2 balconnies and one teracce and another outdoor area. Very friendly host. All facilities are present, but a bit outdated but functional. The house itself is comfortable and airy. Very close to the marina park and walking distance from town center and shops. Two bathrooms, one downstairs and one on the first floor.

The parking below is only suited for a small car as the angle to get in is rather awkward. The area is a blue zone, which means no free parking. Stairs are rather narrow and steep. To the first floor is a stair-lift. Convenient when you need this, but stands in your way when you do not need it. No Wifi.

Communication with hosts was exceptional, they stayed in touch with us prior to our arrival, met us to show the property, and answered any questions we had. We especially loved eating outdoors on the front porch. One thing that is not obvious in the pictures, the stairway to the floors above is narrow (especially by USA standards) and there is a chair lift from the first to the second floor. A very larger person would have difficulty getting up the stairs. But we used the lift to get our heavy luggage up the stairs, a real plus. Convenient parking is available, another plus. The garden at the front entry adds to the ambiance. The neighborhood is very open and therefore easy to access. We stayed 3 nights while visiting friends in Dervio and had a delightful time.

My only suggestion would be to provide a few more utensils in the kitchen such as large spoons, whisk, turner/spatula, sharp knives.
