A budget option, not very comfortable, but okay for a few days.

The staff is great, very helpful and informative. The view from the shared terrace is beautiful. AC worked great and parking was provided. Kitchen is well equipped.

So this is not an apartment, this is a hotel with very few services (front desk only a few hours a day, no cleaning, no breakfast, cafe, etc). There are about 20 rooms/apartments built very close together, each opening to a shared garden. It is very loud. Both from the shared garden/other rooms’s terraces, both through the walls, there’s zero soundproofing, you can hear everything. The stairs creek, so you can hear 20 people going up and down. The road is very close also, which could get pretty loud. The furnishings are cheap, I guess okay for the price. The double bed is two single camping beds pushed together. It is also not well maintained, a shower didnt drain properly, the window shade and the toilet flusher was broken/damaged. It might be a good budget option, or if you dont mind the noise and bustle. Also while you pay a cleaning fee, you are instructed to clean the kitchen (theres an extra fee if you dont!) and take out the garbage!

Don’t be fulled by the pictures. If you’re lucky you’ll get normal apartament. If not the view that you get is awful. If I knew before I would never book it.

Lindo lugar, buena ubicación cerca del pueblo y coneccion rapida a las carreteras para visitar pueblos cercanos. Camas comodas, todo parecia nuevo y estaba muy limpio.. Estacionamiento amplio y gratis en el recinto.

Falta un tetera o herbidor para calentar agua y algun closet o mueble para poner la ropa en el primer piso. El internet funciona solo a ratos y creo que uncorporar un televisor sería bueno, sobretodo para estadias de varios dias con niños.

bardzo fajne apartamenty z pięknymi widokami . Nareszcie nikt nie wariował z cenami. Apartamenty na granicy miasteczka DERVIO poza centrum . Mały spacerek pod górę. Dla osób starszych polecam zabrać samochód.

Świetny personel, dobry kontakt z właścicielem i recepcją. Piękny widok na jezioro z prawie każdego pokoju, cudowny taras z panoramą na którym można odpocząć. Przyjazny psom, co jest dużym plusem oraz prywatny parking.

Goed voor 2, veel te weinig ruimte voor 4 personen.

Fantastisch uitzicht, makkelijk bereikbaar, grote parking, heel lief & vriendelijk personeel.

Badkamer was niet erg proper, ontzettend kleine keuken met véél te weinig bestek/glazen/tassen, tafel voor 4 kan niet gezet worden zonder elke keer het bed terug af te breken. De lattenbodem van 1 bed miste planken/zaten los, verduisterend doek op het dakraam bleef niet gesloten. Dit laatste is gemeld, maar moest de fabrikant zelf komen repareren.

Wszystko ok, obiekt ładny i funkcjonalny. W środku czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Duży, wygodny parking.

Teoretycznie mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na jezioro i góry. Niestety od naszej strony były zakrzaczenia nie należące do obiektu które trochę zasłaniały widok na jezioro.
