Un endroit calme, reposant. Logement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable. Vue incroyable sur le lac des balcons.
Très bien situé pour visiter les différentes villes sans avoir à prendre la voiture (bateau et train) tout en étant dans un endroit reculé et paisible.
La piscine est grande et incroyable.
Le personnel est disponible et chaleureux.
Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec les enfants.
Tout était parfait.

Location is top, on the outside of Dervio with magnificent views on lake Como. Beach and Dervio center are only a short (15 min) walk away.supermarket, shops and restaurants enough in Dervio. Max 30 minutes drive to the Como hotspots.
Appartement was clean, ac helpen in the first level, little bit to weak to cool the mezzanine. Very nice and clean pool, with a shaded area.
Large private parking.
Some extra chairs would have been nice.

Lage und der Pool sind das Highlight dieser Anlage.
Etwas gar spartanisch eingerichtet (z. B. Keine Markise auf dem Balkon) und etwas klein für 4 Personen.

Ren lejlighed, venlig personale.
Synes det var mega dårlig stil at folk tog solsengen ind til deres terrasse, hvilke resulteret i at der ikke var nok ved poolen. At ens børn skulle ligge på varme fliser var simpelthent for rigt! Hotellet bør sætte solsengen tilbage til poolen eller købe flere.
Der var alt for varmt på 1 sal fordi aircondition kun var placeret i stuen.
Synes godt der kunne have været flere skabe i både køkken og på badeværelset.
