Nice appartment with a beautifull view of a lake, red roofs village of a castel. We loved the area very much, despite it was raining all holidays. Where was no people, so it was lovely to enjoy narrow streets, birds and a lake. It is nice restaurant with great pizzas close to the building. Appartment itself was spacious, well equipted kitchen, mattress was ok.

Such a lovely, relaxing place to stay

Gorgeous place - we had the upstairs apartment which had two balconies, both with a view over Lake Como. A really lovely place to stay and chill out. The village is charming with two friendly restaurants, a bar and a shop; we loved it but possibly not the place for you if like the bright lights!

Be aware that the one shop in the village is closed all day Monday (probably Sunday as well) and it's a bit of a drive to the next nearest place.

A great apartment in a fantastic location.

A great dog friendly apartment superbly located in a small picturesque village. Beautiful views across the lake from the balconies. It was an oasis of calm when we were there in high season - with narrow lanes with colonnades, archways, and stairways meandering down to the lakeside and quiet relaxing beaches. There are two great value restaurants within a couple of minutes from the apartment. The owner was most helpful with recommendations for places to eat and to visit and his communications with us was great.

Nice stay in picturesque location

Nice appartements with everything you need. Clean, spacious and a perfect, picturesque location. The host was very friendly and kept in touch via messages. Check-in worked flawlessly via code and deposited key. The lake is not too far from the village, and swimming there was very refreshing. Would come here again.

One mattress was a bit saggy, but it was only noticable after the second night and it was still acceptable.

A nice overall experience, beautiful views to the lake

This apartment has several advantages one can expect from an accommodation at Lake Como, a nearby castle, narrow cobblestone alleys, old surrounding houses, and beautiful views to the lake from both of its balconies. There are two restaurants and a small grocery shop just a stone's throw away from the house. We had dinner at the neighboring hotel literally a few steps away from the property. The kitchen and bathroom work fine. One of the bedrooms is detached and situated on the other side of the stairway, which can even be an advantage for those family members wishing a bit more privacy. Good arrival instructions, self check in and communication with the owners. All in all a very nice experience, I recommend.

There are plenty of parking places on the street or parking areas but even the closest ones are situated about 100-200 meters distance from the property.

The location of the apartment is amazing!

the apartment was very clean and the location is just amazing. It is a 50mt walk to the lake. Also some nice restaurants on walking distance from the property. I had a couple of general questions and the host responded very quickly.

Best place to stay on Lake Como!

If you are staying in Lake Como do not look any further. This was the best value in the area and an absolute joy to stay in. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I literally had the best sleep ever! Parking was available just outside and restaurants just steps away. The view was so nice that we literally asked to extend our stay but unfortunately it was all booked out. I promise you will not be disappointed! We had a full kitchen with appliances and even a washer for our clothes. Two balconies both overlooking the lake. The people were very nice to deal with!

1 day stay featuring fantastic lake view

The lake view from the bedroom is a highlight of this apartment (see the photo). This apartment actually has two balconies which was unclear to me.

Really nothing, it was a perfect location for our single day stay.

Spacious apartment in a cute and peaceful town right next to Lake Como! We had a great stay :)

The apartment is located in a really cute town right by Lake Como. Communication with Simona and Giovanni was very smooth and they were really helpful :) The apartment itself was spacious, tidy and we loved the outdoor space where we had breakfast in the morning.

Some basics in the kitchen would have been nice to have for example some tea or spices for cooking or tabs for the dishwasher. We bought it ourselves and left the rest so that the next guests can use it :) For the rest we were very happy!

Exceptional

Great view of course, the whole apartment is really cute, you have everything you actually need. Owner is always responding very fast and is very helpfull. Pet friendly and there is small beach close by where your dog can run and swim.

If you come out of season like us (november ) remember to check where to eat if you like dining outside, many places were closed.

Pleasant

The views were amazing. The location was way at the other end of the lake which turned out to be a much longer drive than anticipated. The apartments were clean and very nice. The guy was also very nice.

The directions were not very well explained. There was confusion as to the apartment as well. The directions giving was second door on the left and the keys will be in the door. Was supposed to sleep 6. There were 2 apartments with keys in the doors. Since it was obvious the one would not sleep 6 we saw the other one upstairs that also had keys in the door so we thought we have them both plus the pictures showed two apartments. So we took both and left and came back later to sleep. Turns out only one was ours and there was a single room across the hall to sleep two more people. However there was no key in this door when we arrived and no indication this was our room. The owners son, I think, tried to wake us in the middle of the night to move us but we didn't hear. He comes the next day and tells us we have to move to the other room because people that rented the other one had to get a hotel room that he paid for. We ended up having to pay him back for the room, 150$, even though their directions were poor and the extra room had no key in it for us to get in. While the apartment was nice and the guy was kind I feel due to their poor directions we shouldn't have had to pay for the hotel room. The apartment was actually the third door on the left not the second which he agreed when I showed him. Also showing two different apartments in the photos was confusing and even with the extra room it doesn't sleep 6 but 5 max.

We were very comfortable there and the place was clean. Wouldn´t have minded an extra night.

Location was very nice, beautiful little roads and alleyweys. Pretty close to the lake although you can´t see it from the house and great for us to have a small fenced off garden for our dogs.

We couldn´t connect to the internet at all which was pretty bad for me at that point.

Cozy house middle of the village

Friendly approach. Very clean. Fresh air and beautiful view. I strongly recommend any family or couple coming here to try and get one of these appartments

I didnt get how to easily segregate the garbage. Not really something negative but constructive criticism but more perhaps not so easy with only 1 bin.

A FUIR !!! Nous étions dans l’appartement du rez de chaussée, avec le jardin .Appartement avec très forte odeur de moisi et sale ! La salle de bain était humide et de la moisissure présente du sol au plafond ( photos ) Poignée du frigidaire cassé Tabouret de bar cassé Nous n’avons dormis que 1 nuit sur les 3 car c’était impossible de rester dans un appartement aussi insalubre! Nous avons dû écourter nos vacances C’est une honte de louer ça !! Nous avons fait une réclamation pour être remboursé des deux nuits perdu ils nous on proposez un dédommagement 10€ ! Honteux et malhonnête

Erholsame Tage am comer See

Wir waren schon zum zweitmal in dieser Wohnung, sie liegt direkt im Ort, gutes Essen im Lauro nicht weit. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und somit optimal für unseren Hund.

Schön und erholsam, mitten im italienischen Leben.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung lag zentral und alles war ohne weiteres erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles nötige vorhanden.

Für den gezahlten Preis hätten wir ein intaktes Inventar erwartet. Die Küchenstühle waren abgenutzt bzw. beschädigt. Im Badezimmer löste sich das Furnier. Ein Schlüssel vermutlich für das Gartentor war abgebrochen.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Städchen mit super Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Es war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Gepflegt und die Vermieter immer erreichbar. Kühlschrank war ready inkl. Gefrierfach und die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet für ein paar Tage. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Vielleicht etwas umgestalten und das Ausziehsofa nach hinten wo nicht die Eingangstüre ist. Und ein neuer Esstisch. Er war sehr wackelig und die Barhocker nicht gerade angenehm für Spiele Abende mit Kids. Eine Rückenlehne war gebrochen. Parkplatz war Mangelsache und wir mussten öfters Abends ausserhalb der Parkplätze parkieren was uns eher unangenehm war.

Praktische Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Örtchen

Rezzonico ist ein guter Ort abseits des Trubels. Dennoch gibt es alles, was man braucht. Zwei Lokale und genug Parkmöglichkeiten, einen Strand und man kann von der Haustür direkt loswandern. Die Unterkunft ist praktisch und bequem.

Wir waren in der untersten Wohnung. Zum Schlafen ist es okay, wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Ansonsten sollte man versuchen, vielleicht etwas mit Blick auf den See zu bekommen.

Pokud máte nějaké potíže,volejte majiteli. Apartmán je vhodný na letní sezónu

Ubytování vůbec není snadno najít, strávili jsme skoro hodinu hledáním, bez pomoci bychom to asi nenašli. Další věc, která nás nepotěšila, že v ubytování byla docela zima a hrozně studená dlažba, musili jsme si koupit bačkory. Ale sám apartmán byl útulny, postel byla také pohodlná. Městečko, kde se nachází apartmán je moc v hezké. A je to kousek od hlavních turistických atrakce na jezeru Komo. Asi v létě je tam krásně, jsou tam také lehátka a zahradní stůl se židli. Také jsme měli potíže se zapínáním sporáku, když jsme si chtěli udělat snídaně. Musili jsme volat majiteli a čekat na jeho příchod. Také by se tam hodil nějaký čaj a žehlička, a jednorázové pantofle nebo koberec.

Lugar fantástico

O sítio é lindo, o apartamento tem uma vista fantástica, e para um casal é perfeito. Boas condições, a limpeza 5 estrelas, e com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia.

O comando de um ar condicionado estava sem pilhas, o que fez com que tivessemos que andar a trocar as pilhas de um para o outro, mas isso é um pormenor. Tirando isso, tudo perfeito.
