Große Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon

Wohnung war komfortabel und mit sämtlichen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet . Schöne große Terrasse mit seitlichem Meerblick

Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt und wurde moniert. Ein Austausch wurde jedoch nicht durchgeführt. Leider fand eine Radveranstaltung direkt vor unserem Fenster statt. Die sehr laute Beschallung begann morgens um 7 und endete um 24.00. Schade für 3 vertane Urlaubstage

Selten so enttäuscht gewesen

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön.

Im Winter ist diese Unterkunft überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Trotz 2 Klimageräten stieg die Temperatur nie über 16 Grad. Im Bad war es noch kälter und der Schalter für die Heizung dort war mit Klebeband blockiert. Duschen war somit nicht möglich, nicht nur wegen des braunen Wassers. Der Boden war eiskalt (max. 10 Grad). Es gab zwar im Kasten 2 zusätzliche Steppdecken, jedoch keine Deckenbezüge. War uns aber in dem Moment egal. Geschlafen, oder es zumindest versucht, haben wir mit Winterjacke und Mütze. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz war 1 km entfernt, Lademöglichkeit für den Tesla, Fehlanzeige. Im Frühstücksraum war es auch extrem kalt und den zweiten Kaffee und Tee (vom sehr spärlichen Frühstück) wurde extra verrechnet. Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist und haben uns im Auto erst mal aufgewärmt. Der Preis von original €360 ist ein absoluter Witz. Auch €260, welche ich mit Rabatt bezahlt habe, ist in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt.

Sehr schöne Lage mitten im Zentrum & am Meer !

Die Lage des Appartments ist wirklich sehr schön . Direkt am Meer und am Park . Das Frühstück ( Fußweg 3 min ) war sehr gut . Besonders der Kellner , der bis Mitte Oktober für uns zuständig war , war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr gut bedient . Das Ambiente des Frühstückscafe ist außergewöhnlich . Wir waren zuerst mit 2 Hunden angereist. Leider mussten wir einen unserer Hunde während unseres Aufenthalts einschläfern lassen. Trotzdem ist es sehr schön für Hunde hier. Allerdings Zugang nur über Treppe . 2 riesige Fernseher in den Zimmern.

Das Appartment Stella ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich dunkel aber ok . Zwei Kaffeemaschinen waren defekt. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich bestückt . Die Dusche läuft schlecht ab. Die Terasse ist durch die vielen Vögel ziemlich verschmutzt .

Super tolles Apartment, schöner Blick auf das Meer und den wunderschönen Park. Die Freundlichkeit vom Personal und dem Gastgeber Marinko. Parkplätze sind ganz in der Nähe.

City gem

Family visit with 2 kids, after a day in nearby fun park. Everything was perfect, apt was lovely decorated, well maintained, equipped, with great,private terrace. Staff and owner were friendly and really helpful. Location is perfect, at the town square, and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within reach. Would book again, it was a great trip!

We stayed for one night only, so it wasn't a problem for us, but if we'd stayed longer, due to too simple choice of breakfast, we'd option for our own apt kitchen, well equipped. Church bells cross the street tend to ring long and loud on a full hour during the day, but I guess you wouldn't spend too much time indoors, while beach and activities nearby..
