Had a fantastic holiday in the apartment. Great location. Five minutes walk to two lovely beaches and a 15 minutes walk to two big supermarkets. Comfortable apartment in the old house with a shady terrace. We had everything that was needed. The biggest joy was the owners, Suzana and Adriano are so kind and generous. They responded to our requests straight away. We received regular treats from their garden and a farewell treat and gift.

The apartments are located in a convenient vicinity of Novigrad (walking distance), even closer to the decent Karpinjan beach - yet secluded enough to provide privacy and calmness undisturbed by other tourists. We have chosen two apartments sharing the entry and veranda ("Apartment" & "Apartment with Sea View") which was perfect for our two families with kids - but could be a less suitable arrangement if shared with strangers. The furnishings met our needs nicely, we didn't miss anything particular. The owner was very kind and friendly, communication was not a trouble in English or the usual pan-Slavonic meta-language :-)

One of the apartments ("Apartment") slightly suffered from some sort of a stench, reminding a mixture of cigarette reek and mustiness - we could have been one of summer season's first guests and it's likely to improve.
