Für uns leider kein Small Luxury Hotel…

Stilvoll renoviertes Stammhaus, schönes Zimmer, Mitarbeiter Ben sehr freundlich und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen

Stark befahrene Straße gleich hinterm Hotel und daher dementsprechend Geräusche und Lärm. Sehr kleiner, nicht ausreichender Parkplatz gleich neben Pool und daher Diskussion mit den beiden Mitarbeiterinnen wegen Parkmöglichkeit. Sehr starke Außenbeleuchtung des Hotels die bis ca. 03.00h/04.00h in der früh in das Zimmer hineinscheint und nicht abgestellt werden kann, alternativ kann man nur sehr schwere Vorhänge zuziehen, funktioniert aber natürlich nicht wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft. Obwohl die Mitarbeiterin beim check-in meinte dass sie uns upgegradet hat, hatten wir gefühlt den einzigen Balkon ohne Tisch und Sessel, da schlichtweg zu klein. Frühstück in dieser Preisklasse nicht adäquat, so gab es keine frisch aufgeschnittene Obstauswahl, außer einmal in drei Tagen eine Melone. Schade!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und super nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Alles war perfekt. Strandnähe und Altstadtnähe. Praktisch wäre noch eine strandtasche gewesen, mit Handtüchern. So muss man die Handtücher in einer eigenen Tasche mitnehmen. Wasser und Kaffee am Zimmer sind nur am 1. Tag inkludiert - Kaffee und Tee sowie 2 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag am Zimmer könnten aufgrund der Preiskategorie bereits inbegriffen sein.

Overall it was okay.

Totally appreciate that this is an adults-only hotel. Property well looked after, quiet environment. Very close to Novigrad centre and old town. Room was spacious with view over the swimming pool. Generous balcony size. Hot breakfast cooked by chef was really tasty. Totally appreciate that the night staff would wait for us to come back late before closing the gates.

This hotel did not meet my expectations of a luxury establishment. I will leave it at that.

Only thing i would maybe change would be the choices at breakfast - they stay the same every day and one of the options (minute steak) was never available- the quality of the breakfast however was very good every day!

Very good!

Very new, design, high quality hotel in good location short walk out of crowdy center and closer to beaches. Very comfortable rooms and beds, spacious terrace and bathroom. Super friendly and helpful consierges (Teodora and others as well) and all staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Very good massage - reccommended to use. Jacuzzi in SPA - one of the best.

Dinner menu can be wider. A bit messy climate control in the room with blinking "doors" on the screen all the night. Door stopper in bathroom :).

Alles in allen hervorragend und wunderschön.

Da wir nach einer sehr großen Endtäuschung im letzten Jahr in Opatja hier her kamen, konnten wir mit großer Begeisterung das freundliche und sympathische Servicepersonal bewundern, mit welcher Liebe sie ihre Tätigkeit ausübten. Jeder Wunsche wurde sofort erfüllt bzw. organisiert, egal ob es beim reichlichen Frühstück oder am Abend war. Durch die wunderschöne Lage war es zum Badestrand (nicht überlaufen) nur 5 und in die Stadt 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Angefangen von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung an Freundlichkeit nicht mehr zu übertreffen. Darum können wir dieses Palazzo Rainis Hotel & Spa-Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein sehr kleiner unbedeutender Wermutstropfen war, die Lösung mit der Parkplatz Nummernverteilung. Man bekam eine Nummer dies war sehr gut angedacht, leider hielt sich keiner der anderen Gäste an diese Nummernvergabe..!!!

Wunderschön Boutique Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern, wo man sich als Gast sehr umsorgt fühlt!

Ein kleines sehr elegantes Hotel mit einem überaus bemühten Personal! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und bequem. Der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön und es gibt genug Liegen und Schirme um den Pool! Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und sehr ansprechend. Mein Egg Benedict war ausgezeichnet! Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen definitiv wieder.😊

Herrlich entspanntet und erholsamer Kurzurlaub.

Eigentlich alles, außer dass die Straße auf 2 Seiten direkt vorbei geht. Aber die Fenster haben sehr gut isoliert - muss man halt schließen. Der zu feste Polster wurde umgehend getauscht. Wir durften uns auch am letzten Tag nach dem Check out noch im spa Bereich frischmachen! Geniale Eggs Benedikt :-)

Die Dauerbeschallung auf der Terrasse, die auch bis ins Zimmer kam, wenn man die Balkontüre offen hatte. War nicht laut, aber eigentlich entbehrlich…

Heerlijk hotel

De kamer was mooi en heel schoon. Het personeel (Marina en Ben) is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Het ontbijt is ook geweldig, heel uitgebreid. Novigrad zelf is klein maar een prima uitvalsbasis om de rest van het prachtige Istrie te ontdekken.

Het was jammer dat het restaurant niet open was voor de lunch en het diner, want dit was een van de redenen om hier te boeken.

Fantastisch kleinschalig verwenhotel

Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij werden aan het ontbijt als een vorst behandeld. Het ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgd met als bonus de prosecco die je kon krijgen en een aantal heerlijke à la carte toevoegingen. Wat een verwennerij! De kamer was prachtig, met een groot balkon en een geruisloze airco. Elke dag een nieuwe fles mineraalwater op de kamer. Hulde ook aan de schoonmaakploeg ! De ligging van het hotel vonden wij ook ideaal: 12 minuten lopen naar het leuke stadje en 5 minuten lopen naar 2 goede restaurants. De spa hebben wij niet gebruikt maar zag er prachtig luxe uit. Het zwembad was top. Wij waren uiterst tevreden.

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen. Je kan alleen niet elke dag een sandwich of iets dergelijks krijgen. De kok is er vaak niet rond lunchtijd. Eén keer heeft men een clubsandwich voor ons gemaakt, maar op deze service kan je dus niet rekenen. Dit vonden wij geen probleem.

Bajkowa Istria

Położenie hotelu jest spektakularne, z okna widać starą zabudowę Novigradu oraz marinę. Bardzo dobre śniadania, wyposażenie pokoju wystarczające pomimo że pokoje są dość małe. Jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy świetny wybór. Woda w basenie była lodowata ale leżaki bardzo wygodne. Byliśmy przed sezonem więc nie oczekiwałam, że będzie można się kąpać.

W przypadku zakwaterowania w obiekcie obok budynku głównego niestety brak windy. Trzeba się wspiąć z walizką na dość strome i wysokie schody, tylko dla osób sprawnych fizycznie.

Gute Lage mit schönem Blick auf den Hafen. Die Hotelanlage ist optisch modern und sehr gelungen gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bequem mit guter Atmosphäre. Spa und Gymbereich zwar etwas klein dimensioniert aber sehr schick gestaltet und völlig ausreichend für die Hotelanlage. Schöner Pool angenehm ruhig und entspannend. Gutes ausgewogenes Frühstück ohne Gedrängel am Buffet und sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und schneller „balineschischer“ Kellnerbetreuung. Top 👍🏽

Die Lage war gut, es war sehr ruhig. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Frühstückspersonal war sehr nett.

Keine Ablage in der Dusche für Shampop und Duschgel. Wir wollten einmal das Spa nutzen, das im Preis inbegriffen war. Die Sauna war gar nicht eingeschaltet, und das Wasser im Whirlpool eiskalt. Die Dame von der Rezeption sagte nur, das ist so und sie kann nichts tun... Das war sehr ärgerlich

Einfach alles hervorragend! Top Lage, wunderschönes ruhiges Hotel, bis in die Stadt geht man 10 Minuten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr höflich und sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Frühstücks Kellner Ben, sehr aufmerksam und immer ein Lächeln parat. Alle haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub hatten! Die Zimmer ein Traum! Sehr hübsch und stillvoll eingerichtet! Ein ganz besonderes kleines Hotel! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Ausstattung, nettes Personal, tolle Lage, ruhig. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus oder ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt auf für das Hotel reservierten Plätzen.

Die Bar war nur einmal während unseres Aufenthaltes am Abend geöffnet und es gab nicht das angekündigte Restaurant direkt im Haus. Vielleicht auch nur weil wir in der Vorsaison dort waren. Das Gebäck fürs Frühstück könnte besser sein (vielleicht vom Bäcker und nicht im Hotel aufgebacken), ist aber nur eine Anregung!
