Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Novigrad.

Super Vor-Ort Betreuung, thanks to Filip! Schöne Lage direkt am Park/Meer, Lokale und Restaurants direkt fußläufig erreichbar. Hochwertiges Frühstück

Man muss wissen das man nicht dauerhaft an der Unterkunft parken kann da diese sich in der Fußgängerzone befindet. Das Auto steht daher ca 15min Fußweg auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz. War uns nicht bewusst. Ist aber insgesamt nur ein kleiner Makel.

Fabulous, would love to go back.

The location was just incredible, really top notch. Getting in, unloading and whatnot in a pedestrian zone is tricky but managed very well with host assistance. We felt very well taken care of throughout the stay. The host provided free parking in a paid lot that was about a 15 minute walk away after unloading near the apartment. This worked great for us because we didn't drive at all during our stay. The windows are high quality and did a great job shutting out noises from the downtown area. There were also blackout curtains in the bedroom that helped a ton with ambient light. Breakfast was at the downstairs restaurant, ordering off a small menu. It was great for us in terms of quantity and quality.

The doors in the apartment didn't shut very well in terms of latching. We had a 1 year old so it was a bit hard to keep him out of spaces. This was a minor issue and signature for an older building, it wasn't a big deal to us.

Výborná lokalita - v centru, v parku, u moře- vše v jednom. Velmi příjemný personál v čele se vždy vstřícným Filipem. Plně vybavený apartmán, dobře odhlučněný od ulice. Kostelní zvon v sedm ráno vůbec nevadil. Snídani jsme s rodinou nakombinovali tak, abychom měli od všeho trochu, takže velká spokojenost.

Co může vadit, je nemožnost parkování u hotelu. Povoleno je pouze vyložení a naložení zavazadel, pak musíte centrum opustit a zaparkovat na vyhrazeném parkovišti (zastřešené, za závorou) u přístavu. 5 -7minut chůze..

Apartment war groß genug. 2 Fernseher, Doppelbett, Klimaanlage, soziemlich alles was man braucht. 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Frühstück ist nix besonderes, Kaffee oder Tee mit zb Rührei, Müsli oder Brot mit Marmelade.

Schlafsofa war die Matratze nicht bequem. Beim Parkplatz braucht man Glück, da man in eine Fußgängerzone fahren muss wo man nicht überall Parkplätze findet. 1 Gehminute sind 6 7 Parkplätze, sonst muss man 5 Gehminuten weiter unten parken.

- das Appartement liegt direkt zwischen Meer und Altstadt (viele Restaurants, Eis-Geschäfte, Shops) - Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke - Supermarkt & Trafik & Kiosk 5min zu Fuß entfernt - die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche übrig - es ist fast jeden Tag eine Ansprechperson da - sehr sauber - Klimaanlagen sind vorhanden - Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert, sodass man kaum was von draußen hört

- kein Balkon, aber das wussten wir bei der Buchung

A very good location, in front of a park with a playground for kids, with direct access to the sea, harbour and the old town. Opposite to the villa is a historical church, a museum as well as many restaurants with local food. The apartment was very clean. Good base to explore Istria wine country side too.
