Everything was good, but I was specifically looking for a place with parking and ev charger.

Most of the things were good, without any problems.

The parking place was 1 km away from the apartment. The listed charger for electrical vehicles wasn't present, which ws actually the reason why I chose this place (together with the parking). The super fast internet was only 13 Mbit/s. It was good enough but I wouldn't believe everything what's in the property listing information.

The location was really good, close by the sea and all the shops and restaurants just few minutes in walking distance. our Apartment was clean and comfortable and Marina was very helpful with everything. 😄

The breakfast was not good. Every day just omelette or ham, cheese and jam with a few slides of bread. we thought everything is included, but that wasn’t the case. for example only hot chocolate, tea and coffee was included, but no water and juice. for every person only one plate was for free, if you want to order more you had to pay. that was really disappointed, because we thought everything is included. the service was bad. after the second day they told us we had to pay for some extra staff we have ordered the two days before. nobody told us on our first breakfast. 😤

Krásné ubytování v centru, k moři jen kousíček

Velmi pohodlné ubytování v úplném centru Novigradu. Velice jsme ocenili ochotu a vstřícnost veškerého personálu, vynikající snídaně a hezké posezení na terase. Postele byly pohodlné a dostatečně dlouhé. Ocenili jsme zařízení kuchyňky - zejména 4 různé kávovary a výrobník ledu. Ubytování má skvělou pohohu vzhledem k moři i historickému centru. V přízemí je pizzerie Festina Lente, která podává výborné jídlo. Vzhledem k poloze není možné u vily dlouhodobě parkovat, ale bylo nám nabídnuto místo za zvýhodněnou cenu na nepříliš vzdáleném parkovišti. Celou dobu se o nás vzorně starali. Děkujeme celému týmu Villy Bionda za skvělou dovolenou.

Ranní vyzvánění ve vedlejší nádherné zvonici se opravdu nedá ignorovat, ale patří to k místnímu koloritu a tak jsme to brali sportovně.

Nettes Appartement in schöner Lage

Nettes geräumiges Appartement in schöner zentraler Lage mit sehr guter Ausstattung.

Die Anfahrt zum Parkplatz war an einem Tag durch einen geschlossenen Schranken versperrt. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn sich der Vermieter um eine Genehmigung kümmern würde, sodass man immer zum Parkplatz zufahren kann. Leider war die telefonische Auskunft des Vermieters "Dann müssen sie diese Nacht halt draußen irgendwo parken" nicht sehr hilfsbereit.

V ubytování byla k dispozici společně kuchyně, plně vybavená s lednicí a myčkou, s obývacím prostorem s televizí, malá koupelna se sprchovacím koutem a pračkou a samostatná ložnice, také s televizí. Vše v kouzelném provensálském stylu, velice čisté a příjemné. K dispozici apartmánu Mitra byla vlastní samostatná, zamykací terasa se slunečníkem a posezením přes chodbu, s výhledem na moře. Apartmán byl umístěn ve Villa Bionda, v samém centru Novigradu, pár metrů od moře, s volbou zůstat na betonové pláži nebo na trávě pod borovicemi v příjemném stínu. Úžasné vstupy do moře i pro děti a hendikepované, moře je dost daleko mělké, bez velkých kamenů. V době naší dovolené bylo velice málo turistů, krásný klid, spíše starší lidé a rodiny s malými dětmi. Městečko je půvabné, propojené s přístavem, všude plno hospůdek, obchůdků, v Konzumu bylo otevřeno 7-21h. Kuny jsme si bez problémů vyměnili na poště, bez poplatku. Pod vilou jsou ze dvou stran restaurace s bohatým výběrem a vstřícným personálem, nejsou rušivé. Pizza zde cca 10E, hlavní jednoduché jídlo (těstoviny, rizoto) od 15E, ryba s bramborami, hranolky pak více, v nabídce i další mořské plody, večeře se pak dá pořídit pro jednoho i za 50E. Zmrzlina od 2E i do 4E, ale porce jsou opravdu velké. Stále se řeší ceny, je tu trochu dráže, hlavně jídla v restauraci, ale je to komfort nabízeného místa blízko u moře, u Lipna jsou ceny srovnatelné :). Komunikace s Marinkem (hovoří anglicky i německy) neměla chybu, vstřícnost, ochota, nabídka pomoci. Nejvíce jsme ocenili, že nás sám vyzval k zaslání SPZ, a tak jsme mohli dojet autem až k apartmánu a závory se sami zvedly, abychom mohli vyložit zavazadla, jinak je do centra přes léto zákaz vjezdu. Zaplatil za nás i poplatek za týdenní parkování, což i s turistickým poplatkem dělalo 46E. Tyto peníze jsme mu pak dali. Byl kdykoliv na telefonu, ochotný pomoci. Škoda, že jsme se neseznámili osobně.

Je možné dokoupit si snídani, ale je to zcela zbytečné, je velice jednoduché si udělat snídani sami a posedět na terase. Snídaně se podává v bistru Hedonist cca 200m daleko, od 8 hodin. K výběru jsou pouze 4 jednoduchá snídaňová menu. V blízkém okolí není možné půjčit si lehátka (slunečníky nejsou u borovic potřeba). Kdo nechce ležet přímo na trávě, je lepší dovézt si třeba skládací lehátka vlastní. Měli jsme strach z věže, kde každou čtvrt hodinu bijí zvony (naposledy v 9 h a pak až v 7h, ale zvykli jsme, horší pro nás bylo že po 3 dny byl večer na náměstíčku u apartmánu Rock festival, do 24h nebylo možné uvnitř vydržet, intenzivní randál se odrážel z ulic zpět do pokojů. Mrzelo nás, že jsme tuto informaci nedostali, asi bychom si zvolili jiný termín. Hodnocení píšeme až nyní, psát ho ty dny, co byl takový hluk, tak by se to asi projevilo na bodech, ale už jsme vychladli :). Kdo je zvyklý na kvalitní internet, tak bude zklamaný, wifi je pomalá. Přes internet jsou i programy televize a to je pak velice nestabilní. Když se asi připojí všichni, tak se načítá, načítá, načítá :). Více jsme pak řešili týdenní parkování. Parkoviště jsou plná, a i rada o zónách nám nedělala moc jasno. Jeden den jsme parkovali v přístavu za 18E, pak jsme za pomoci Marinka přeparkovali.
