Quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped bedsit apartment for short-stay.

The property was well situated near the centre of Blois. It faced on to a quiet courtyard and I was able to get a great night’s sleep. The property was well-equipped to make small meals.

Le logement était bien placé et bien décoré.

Nous n’avons pas eu l’appartement réservé sans avoir été prévenus, et celui qui nous a été attribué, bien que plus grand, donnait sur une rue passante et bruyante. Nous avions réservé le logement en question pour ses commentaires de calme, donnant sur une cour intérieure. De plus, le matelas était particulièrement usé.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce studio très bien situé au coeur de Blois. Bien chauffé et propre. C'est parfait pour une halte.

Il n'y avait pas de café ce qui nous a permis de découvrir "Le chant du café" juste en face. Où boire un café dans un endroit cosy et très sympa.

El baño está reformado, muy bonito y muy limpio. El apartamento tiene buen tamaño. Electrodomésticos nuevos en la cocina. Tiene menaje.

No funcionaba bien el secador. No tenía mucha fuerza el agua de la ducha. Escaleras estrechas para acceder al apartamento en forma de caracol. Es un primero sin ascensor interior. La persiana no cierra bien. Algún plato de los que tenía la cocina estaba sucio

La localisation

Malgré une bonne situation et un logement utilisable, le propriétaire ne fait aucun entretien sérieux du logement. Un bête investissement immobilier où il ne met pas les pieds... Rideaux et stores cassés, robinet de cuisine détaché, travaux inachevés laissés apparents, mauvaise ventilation, mobilier en mauvais état (canapé sale et affaissé et lit qui ne tient pas en place). Malgré nos demandes par message et via la plateforme Booking, le propriétaire fait l'autruche. En dernier recours j'écris donc un commentaire : si vous souhaitez loger dans un Airbnb déguisé, dont le propriétaire ne prend aucun soin de son bien, cet endroit est pour vous.

Заселение только после 17:00. Номер требует косметического ремонта, торчат провода из водонагревателя. Вмесо одеяла - плед

Purtroppo le foto non corrispondono alla realtà, il letto era quasi sfondato e abbiamo avuto diverse volte un forte odore di fogna

L'accueil vraiment très chaleureux 😊😊👌👌 on a pu déposer notre valise des notre arrivée, ce qui nous a permis de partir visiter la ville de suite. A notre retour, notre valise était déjà dans notre studio, on a vraiment apprécié. Le studio se trouve vraiment à proximité de tout, pourtant il est au calme, ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer.

Le prix me semble un peu élevé pour ce genre de prestation malgré sa situation géographique. plein centre de Blois.

En plein centre-ville..Avec proximité immédiate du château et de cafés pour le petit-déjeuner.Le calme du studio même un Samedi soir.

Les équipements sont abîmés.La décoration est celle d’un studio pour étudiants et plus où moins vétuste.Et bien que ça paraisse propre ,des toiles d’araignée sont présentes.La salle de bain est correcte mais seules deux toutes petites serviettes sont présentes par exemples.

Ma pire expérience chez booking chez qui le je reserve depuis 20 ans

La clé n etait pas disponible. La personne " réceptionniste " selon l "établissement "qui a nous a finalement ouvert apres 20 min d attente dans la rue était a moitié nue. La réalité ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site. Quand j en ai fait la remarque. Le " réceptionniste " m a dit que l on m avait changé de chambre parce qu il y avait un problème avec celles des photos du site. Quand j ai dit que ca ne me plaisait pas, le " réceptionniste " s est montré menaçant et m a empêché de prendre des photos. JE N AI PAS PRIS CETTE CHAMBRE, j ai été quand même débité, j ai réservé une autre chambre ailleurs dans un vrai hôtel que j ai payé 3 fois plus cher. C était la fin de journée, je n allais pas rester dehors C est ma dernière expérience de " maison d hotes " J attends toujours l appel de booking auprès de qui j ai fait la réclamation. Je ne comprends pas que l on propose ce taudis sur booking.
