Fabulous location, lovely apartment!

Fantastic location, great to have a lounge and kitchen!

The stairs were narrow and the bathroom was small but worked well. It was very hot without air conditioning and noisy as we had to have the windows open but a unique place in the centre of the city!

Mid range comfortable apartment in central Blois

Centrally located property in Blois. Space has all the necessary items for a short stay, super comfy bed with big window in bedroom. Hosts were very nice, check in was clear and discounts with local vendors was a nice touch.

Common area entrance and stairwell is not renovated and felt like we were walking through a construction zone to get to our unit. Unclear if this is temporary or permanent state.

Would have preferred a safer apartment, Magnifique it was not!

The building is a potential Death Trap. There are NO smoke alarms , NO Fire Alarrm System, NO Fire Extinguishers or Blankets and NO route of escape if a fire breaks out in a lower property, It would be impossible to jump from the only window in the property without injury as the roof below is a steel open caging. The ground floor and staircases are FILTHY and smelly and in need of repair in places. Finally, if arriving by car it is not easy getting to the property as there are rarely parking spaces on the street .

Very suitable for a short or long stay right in the city centre.

The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of the city. Nice and quiet on a pedestrian street. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Comfortable for a short or a longer stay. The hosts are super friendly and they gave us several good recommendations for restaurants in the neighbourhood. The apartment is nicely designed and a pleasure to stay in.

The check-in procedure was a bit challenging. Arrived without anyone present and the host was hard to reach. Had to wait outside for some time before they realised they had not given us instructions. Recommend to call them. The stairwell (note it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so avoid large suit cases to carry) was under renovation so the first impression was not great. The shower is a bit small and the shower head a bit low for tall Dutch people. The apartment smelled like someone had smoked there before.

Adoramos o atendimento de Nina e Joffray! A comunicação foi excelente, desde o momento da reserva. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, pequeno, mas confortável, excelente localização, com cozinha totalmente equipada, incluindo máquina de lavar louças e roupas. Tivemos um problema ao chegar ao apartamento, pois um dos aquecedores não funcionou. Imediatamente, vieram resolver e, como não funcionou mesmo, arrumaram outro apartamento para nós, maior e muito confortável. O que avalio a seguir, portanto, se refere a esse segundo apartamento (2 rue Denis Papin): excelente localização, amplo, com vista lateral para o Rio Loire. Muito confortável, com cozinha equipada, máquina de lavar louça e roupa. É um apartamento no qual moraríamos! Perto de mercado, padaria, farmácia... bem no centro da cidade, fizemos tudo a pé. Aliás, Blois é uma cidade encantadora, com castelo bem no meio da cidade. Muito obrigada, Nina e Joffray! Adoramos nos hospedar com vocês em Blois.

Logement bien situé, bien agencé, bien équipé. Un verre de vin offert dans un bar à proximité. Hôtes très disponibles.

Le logement se situe au 3ème étage d'un immeuble sordide, très bruyant le samedi soir. Parties communes non entretenues et mal odorantes. Appartement petit. Une seule vraie fenêtre. Pour un week-end reposant, préférez l'hôtel. Un appartement en définitive cher pour le service proposé.

Gut ausgestattetes Schmuckstück über den Dächern von Blois, wenn man Treppen nicht scheut.

Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in der Fußgängerzone.

Das wirklich einzige Problem sind die Treppen ins 4. Stockwerk. Das Treppenhaus ist alt und ziemlich ungepflegt, die Stufen sind eng - mit mehreren schweren Koffern oder einem Hüftleiden kommt man daher kaum in diese sonst wunderhübsche Wohnung über den Dächern von Blois. Dafür ist die Wohnung preislich aber auch mehr als günstig für ihren Standard.

Un petit nid sous les toits (4e étage) tout a fait charmant, moderne, décoré avec goût. Correspond aux photos. Superette et boulanger a 200m. A 5min à pied du château. Brochure virtuelle de bienvenue très détaillée.

Il n'y a pas de vraie porte vers la salle de bain. Mais on s'organise et on s'y habitue

L’accueil très chaleureux. Reçu de l’aide pour monter nos valises. L’emplacement est parfait : central et calme. Très bonne literie.

Entrée un peu salubre ainsi que les escaliers ceci ne concerne pas l’appartement. En période de chaleur je vous suggère de remplacer le duvet par un drap plat.

Au coeur de Blois...

L'appartement est dans le centre de Blois, avec un accès assez facile quand on arrive en voiture. C'est mignon et plutot bien équipé. La literie est confortable, la salle de bains est petite mais mignonne. La communication avec la conciergerie qui gère le bien se fait très bien.

C'est au 3ème étage avec une cage d'escalier très très vétuste. Et on entend quand même bien les voisins du dessus (les pas, la machine à laver...).

Il manquait une éponge et les pommeaux de douches étaient à moitié bouchés par le calcaire. Cela devrait être réglé pour les prochains locataires sans souci :)

Appartement propre en hyper centre et confortable.

Appartement rénové et prope, bien décoré, en hyper centre. Il est spacieux pour un couple ou une personne seule avec une grande télé connectée.

Pas de chauffage en arrivant. Mauvaise qualité des draps, qui se défont. Odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, peut-être dû à l'état délabré de l'immeuble et des parties communes. Il y a une cuisine mais pas de table à manger, seulement une table basse.

Belle déco ,propre Il y a tout ce qu on a besoin Pas de bruit car ne donne pas sur la rue mais sur les toits à l'arriere Ds la rue piétonne à proximité de tout bars,restos et magasins Château de Blois à 200 m Nous avons passé un bon séjour et réalisé de belles visites

Le hall d entrée pas de poignée à la porte! La cage d'escaliers on a envie de faire marche arrière quand on arrive c est lugubre et sale 63 marches à monter (3ème étage) avec les bagages et à chaque fois que vous sortez c est du sport donc attention aux personnes non sportives! Revêtement des marches gangereux car abîmées et glissantes ! Essuie sale oublié ds 2eme tirroir du lavabo! Message envoyé à la propriétaire sur WhatsApp et pas de réponse?! aucun contact les clés sont déposées ds une boîte fermée avec code à l arrivée et au départ. HEUREUSEMENT que lorsqu on entre ds l appartement tout est propre et nickel donc n ayez pas peur! Parking payant tout près mais franchement très raisonnable. Luminosité moyenne car 1 seule fenêtre qui est ds la chambre Pas d explication pour la Tv

L’emplacement dans l’hyper centre de la ville. Décoration soignée, nombreux équipements.

Le couchage dans le canapé convertible était inconfortable pour 2 personnes: matelas très dur, “trous” entre les différentes parties… Manque d’intimité avec l’absence de porte entre la salle de bains/toilettes et le reste de l’appartement.

L'appartement est bien situé dans une rue commerçante, piétonne, idéale pour shopping et visites touristiques. Bars et restos à proximité mais pas dans la rue, donc hyper calme. Rénové récemment avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Propreté irréprochable. On se sent bien dans ce petit appartement optimisé. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et disponibles: j'avais oublié de signaler qu'il me fallait un 2e couchage, les hôtes se sont déplacés rapidement pour nous amener des draps et couvertures supplémentaires.

Quand l'escalier de la copro sera refait à neuf, ce sera parfait!

Дуже затишна квартира. Сучасний інтер'єр. В ній є все необхідне для короткого чи тривалого відпочинку. Господиня цієї квартири дуже мила та дала нам деякі поради стосовно відпочинку. Все пройшло чудове.

Une bonne solution dans le centre de Blois

Appartement moderne et accueillant, cuisine équipée avec gros frigo et lit très confortable. L'appartement se trouve dans une rue piétonne en plein centre ville.

Accès un peu difficile ayant des grosses valises, troisième étage avec un escalier très étroite. Entrée bâtiment pas trop accueillante. Salle de bain petite et avec un peu d'odeur.
