Location, size of property.

Getting in to the property, no one to meet us so had to telephone, no one spoke English but said they would get someone to ring me back (waited for 15 mins outside the property) eventually someone rang, who also didn't speak any English.......i managed to understand and use enough French which was fine. It has been 8 days since leaving and the deposit is still showing as a pending transaction in my account despite the contract saying it would be cancelled within 48 hours.

Exceptional

This was a dream place, located in the old arts quarter, it was quiet yet close to everything. The apartment was spacious, and tastefully redecorated. It was super clean and we could want for nothing! Great pressure in the shower, lovely bedrooms, kitchen had everything!

I just couldn't fault this apartment, truly a great find!

La localisation, en plein centre , très sympa pour se balader a pied , l'agencement de l'appartement, les chambres sont très joliment décorées , l'ambiance est cocooning, très bon accueil.

Malheureusement, les voisins du dessus ont fait la fête toute une grosse partie de la nuit , jusqu'à 3:00 du matin dans la nuit de samedi a dimanche et c'était très bruyant. Mise a part c l'appartement est très bien équipé, très joli et qd les voisins ne font pas la fête ça doit être super

Emplacement parfait, les chambres très spacieuses, la propreté en général, proche de tout. Pas de parking, mais les horodateurs sont payants de 8h à 18h donc pratiques si vous partez en visite toute la journée sinon parking gratuit à 15mn à pied

Le manque de rangement pour les vêtements dans les chambres et quelques araignées séchées au plafond de la salle à manger mais ce sont des derails

La casa estaba súper limpia, y muy bien equipada.

La zona, es una zona con muchos mosquitos y bichos, que entran en cuanto abres las ventanas, así que podrían poner mosquiteras. Y también podrían instalar aire acondicionado porque es una zona de mucho ruido que molesta en cuanto abres las ventanas.

Bon emplacement au pied des remparts. Logement spacieux et bien équipé.

Impossible de dormir, en l'absence d'une quelconque insonorisation avec le voisin du dessus (pas lui-même bruyant, mais tout grince atrocement), et la fête dans le bâtiment d'à côté, toutes fenêtres ouvertes. Si j'avais su (ne serait-ce que le voisin du dessus qui se brosse les dents à minuit), ç'aurait été rédhibitoire pour mes enfants et moi...

Ideale Lage in der Altstadt

Sehr bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, alles angenehm sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt unterhalb des Schlosses, alles in wenigen Schritten fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit (gebührenpflichtig, aber nicht teuer) direkt vor der Tür.

Wir haben leider keinen persönlichen Kontakt zum Personal gehabt, alles lief über ein Schlüsselkästchen mit Code.

Très mauvaise expérience - fuite de gaz, eau chaude coupée et départ anticipé

Logement très bien situé et dans l’ensemble très propre, belle décoration.

Catastrophe : odeur de gaz dans la cuisine, appel en urgence à GRDF, fuite de gaz détectée sur un tuyau sous la chaudière —> gaz coupé par GRDF et compteur scellé en attente de réparations par le propriétaire. Suite à ça, plus d’eau chaude dans l’appartement. De toute façon il n’y avait déjà plus d’eau chaude car la chaudière était dans le rouge car pas assez de pression, comme me l’a montré le technicien envoyé par GRDF —> elle n’arrivait plus à chauffer l’eau. Avec deux enfants en bas-âge, nous avons dû partir dès le lendemain de cet incident car nous avions besoin d’eau chaude. Demande de remboursement au propriétaire pour la dernière nuit que nous n’avons pas pu passer dans son logement, aucune réponse à ce stade. Je ne mentionne pas non plus le problème de fenêtre qui ne s’ouvre pas dans une des chambres. J’ai appelé le propriétaire au tour début de notre séjour pour savoir si elle pouvait être réparée, mais rien n’a été fait malgré la forte chaleur de ce week-end. Le propriétaire m’a dit que le problème venait d’arriver le matin même de notre arrivée, or je vois en commentaire que le locataire ayant quitté l’appartement une semaine avant nous s’est plaint du même problème. Scandaleux.
