A great stay in Blois!

The location is excellent. The castle is at walking distance, and many shops are around. Two covered parkings are very close to the apartment too. Natacha, the concierge was always available for all info!

Nothing important. Small details to improve, such as removing one or two pieces of furniture that take space without adding value.

I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean, nice big rooms and the beds were so comfortable!! Natacha was in contact with us from the moment we booked! The first night we had problems with the Wifi and she came over the next day with a new router! There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk, a market on Saturday, 2 grocery stores and bakeries! Parking is 5 minutes away and my grand cherokee fit with no problem.

Lovely apartment with stunning view of the Loire.

Our room in the apartment on the 3rd floor faced the Loire river 50 metres away. Very well stocked pantry and plenty of sitting space. Both bedrooms had large double beds and supplied fans in both rooms as very hot. Restaurants were opposite the property and others only 400 metres away.

Having to park on the main roads at night and moving in the morning. The free parking was quite a long way from the property.

An apartment with a view!

Well equipped with all basic essentials available, even with shower gel/shampoo/toiletries and abundance of coffee. The view was excellent facing the Loire river, with a strategic central location. Professionally made brochure to give visitors info needed to stay and to navigate town, well done! Prompt response from host and helpful tips, and who cared to ask if we have arrived with self check-in.

Nothing much, except it took us a while to locate the wifi password since it's buried underneath the box carrying the remote controls. With lots of info in the welcome message, I didn't have time to print or write down all info before arriving. And I have a foreign phone with expensive cost to roam to get into my booking app. Suggestion: put the wifi pw in a more visible area (e.g. next to the router). We did notice it's also printed in the nice brochure but it was a late check-in, so we could only see it's in the welcome brochure the next morning.

The apartment is greatly located with a great view of the river from all the rooms. All facilities available. My rating is negative because we had no heating and hot water for most of our stay which was in autumn. Apparently something with the general gas supply in the area. Very responsive host who informed us of the problem.

Everything was clean but the floors were a bit dusty.

The place is spacious, comfortable and felt liked a real holidays away from home. It is centrally loacated with great views. The kitchen is the best part of the unit, providing with modern equipments and tasty tassimo coffee.

the beds in the double room not very comfortable a bit noisy on the main street in the winter is ok but for the summer could be a problem when opening window.

Centrale si, ma troppo rumore e brutta gente intorno!

La Casa era grande e comoda, mancavano le cialde del caffè, ma la proprietà me ne ha messe subito a disposizione. Anche se la posizione è centrale non la consiglio, troppo rumore notturno nella piazza antistante

Non mi è piaciuta la posizione, capisco che Blois sia una città movimentata e chiassosa, soprattutto in centro, ma nella piazza sotto casa era pieno di barboni ubriachi che strillavano tutta la notte, abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire. L'ingresso e le scale della palazzina per accedere all' appartamento erano veramente sporche. In cucina non c'era neanche un tovagliolo di carta o asciugatutto, la proprietà dice che non è nella loro politica. Ne ho comprata un po' per lasciarla ai prossimi inquilini. Parcheggio sotto casa inesistente, nelle vicinanze c'è un multipiano a pagamento molto caro

Отсутствие кондиционера (не надо выдавать вентилятор с емкостью для воды за кондиционер), страшный шум связанный с тем что окна выходят на площадь где любят и погазовать мотоциклисты и поорать подвыпившие туристы. Уснуть точно не удастся. А если удастся - то очередной мамкин гонщик вас разбудит ревом своей газонокосилки без глушителя. Грязный подъезд. Никакой помощи от хозяина квартиры - ответ читайте инструкцию.

Necesita mejorar mucho para merecer mayor puntuación.

La ubicación. Luminoso. Las vistas desde las ventanas. Era acogedor.

La ropa de cama y las toallas están viejas y gastadas. Faltaba gel de baño y champú. La caldera se estropeó, y aunque no fue culpa suya, y lo entendemos, pero ni siquiera pidió disculpas, y tres de las cuatro personas que fuimos se quedaron sin ducharse después de todo un día andando y con calor. La infitriona fue amable al principio, luego nada, incluso cuando le informe de nuestra salida, antes de la hora de check-out, ni me contestó. La puerta del portal no cierra bien, y se queda abierta, y tienes que empujar continuamente para conseguir cerrarla. La entrada al edificio y el ascensor están muy, muy sucios!!!
