We stayed in the spacious Catherine de Medici apartment on the ground floor. Location was great! Just a short walk to the city centre. Lovely wine bar around the corner and being attached to Monarque hotel for checkin was convenient. We were able to park on the street and paid for a couple of days without moving the car. Good facilities throughout and we were grateful for the washing machine as we needed to do some washing.

NO AIRCON!! When I viewed the description of the apartment I read it had air conditioning. When I was shown into the apartment late afternoon in 32degree heat I immediately questioned this. I was told that you have to read the description of the individual apartment as not all in the building have it! A bit deceptive as the air conditioning is clearly at the top of the general description. Drew me in!! We couldn’t really open the windows at night for security reasons as the apartment was on street level. Luckily two fans were supplied which assisted our sleep. Apart from the aircon I would recommend this property

The location was superb. Blois is a beautiful little town to explore. Le Monarque hotel next door was very attractive and had great food and service.

The freezer part of the fridge was frozen tight and solid with ice and we did not know how to turn it off/down (we were very busy preparing and clearing up from a wedding!) Chipped pottery of any sort is a complete no-no. There were not enough plates other than huge dinner plates (we bought 3 tea plates and left them there.) Only 1 tea towel for a week's stay?Five keys on 1 key ring, very confusing, we separated them once we had sorted out which key fitted each lock!

Unlike it is described in the check-in information, the keys have to be picked-up at a nearby hotel. A short description in the check-in section would have been very helpful. At the reception I was however warmly welcomed.

Excellent location in the town centre. Lot of parking nearby which was inexpensive. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful.

We loved the clealiness of the appartment. We were 5 friends and the size of the appartment is very good, we had room for dinner and the cooking facilitiers were great. The bedrooms were wide and the bathroom very clean and big. Thank you for the little gel and shampoo

THE APARTMENT WAS NOT CLEAN AND THE WERE 6 BURNED OUT LAMPS . STAFF IS REALLY SUPER, PEOPLE SUPPORTED US IN ALL OF OUR REQUEST, CHANGED LAMPS AND APOLOGIZE FOR THE SERVICE (BUT WAS TO LEATE TO CLEAN UP) THEY OFFER US TO REFOUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WE PAIED BECAUSE THE APARTMENT WAS NOT CLEAN.

L’appartement était déjà réservé et aucune solution acceptable de remplacement ne m’a été proposé. En outre j’ai dû me rapatrier à la dernière minute dans un autre hôtel, plus loin, plus petit, plus cher, sans qu’aucun geste commercial ne soit proposé. Scandaleux.
