Booked at last moment (the night before) to escape the July heatwave (to replace camping trip) and this room was excellent. Really cool room which was perfect for the 40 degree heat, and although we arrived early, Bruno welcomed us in as the room was ready. The building is 15th century and beautiful. Perfect location to explore the city of Blois. All our expectations were exceeded - thank you Bruno for being so kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

nice to stay in an old historic building but with modern accommodations. Go down to the river and turn right. Continue a couple of minutes to find free parking on your left.

Everything was amazing. Comfortable bad and nice decoration of appartment, super clean and very nice hosts Bruno and Françoise. Appartment is in the historical center, right next to the chateau and different restaurants. Also time of check in is 7PM, but we were a little bit late and it was not a problem. We do recommend.

Lovely location in an historical area. Bruno was very helpful and met us on arrival. He gave us lots of good information about the local area and where to eat etc. A very friendly and warm host!

Séjour « inattendu »

L’emplacement est vraiment situé en plein centre c’est très appréciable. Le studio est équipé convenablement - les photos à cet égard sont conformes. Les plombs ont sauté et le logeur a été réactif . Bon isolation phonique (le restaurant en face n’induit pas de nuisance) et le quartier calme

L’annonce manque de clarté quant à la situation du studio. Il est semi enterré, on voit donc les gens passer à hauteur de nos yeux (cf photos). Les vitres extérieures sont teintées donc ils ne voient pas mais pas très agréable d’avoir des regards directs malgré tout. C’est pas très lumineux. Autre point : une humidité qui a empêché nos affaires de sécher en nuit (short et t-shirt) - peut-être prévoir un déshumidificateur

Blois est une très belle ville.

Le confort de la literie.

Pas de chauffage à notre arrivée, dépannage avec un radiateur électrique d'appoint pour la première nuit. Pas d'eau chaude non plus ! Rétablissement du chauffage la jour suivant : réparation de fortune du radiateur (fermé à notre arrivée pour cause de fuite visiblement de longue date) en notre absence et sans nous avertir... Toujours pas d'eau chaude le jour de notre départ malgré les affirmations contraires du bailleur. Photo 1 eau froide, photo 2 eau chaude, photo 3 jour sous la porte d'entrée, photo 4 état du radiateur.

Kellerappartement, Restauranttische und Raucher direkt vor dem Fenster, d.h. mit offenem Fenster schlafen unmöglich und Vorhänge musste man immer zuziehen, um sich nicht beobachtet zu fühlen.

La proximité du chateau, l'équipement de la cuisine, la literie.

Le propriétaire m'avait oublié, j'ai du appeler Booking pour qu'il me donne les infos pour entrer dans le logement. Il est situé en dessous du niveau de la rue et assez humide. Difficile d'aerer.
