The charming attic studio is very sunny during the day and can be illuminated with numerous spotlights at night. Completely renovated, it features a double bed and a long wardrobe under the eaves, a well-equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, a large round table for convivial meals with guests or sharing, a dedicated workspace, and a cozy sitting area for reading or comfortably watching HD TV. A high-end sound system is also available for guests to enjoy good music. A high-speed internet box, fiber optic connection, an Ethernet cable, and an HDMI cable complete these amenities. The decor is Mexican, with furniture and dishes brought back from Michoacán. The entire studio is at your exclusive disposal, including its private landing located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator). Access is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. A Little Free Library on the 1st floor and a storage unit in the basement, both not private, are also available. The studio is equipped with a doorbell, an intercom, and a mailbox. You can park your vehicle in front of the building entrance for a limited time. Numerous parking spaces, subject to a fee during office hours, also surround the Place du Château. In their welcome message, the host will provide their smartphone number and email address to assist you in organizing your stay before and during your arrival. Further welcome messages will follow, notably 14 days, 3 days, and on the morning of your arrival, to remind you of the key details of your reservation. A guide to tourist attractions, restaurants, and wineries recommended by the host is available in the suggestion book provided in the accommodation.
