Overall, a good place to stay, but small improvements would have made it even better.

Good location, easy to walk into centre. Good safe parking. Nice and cool when weather was hot.

Picking up keys to the property was frustrating without a 'phone. The keys were in a different road to the property - a road not marked on our map! A helpful neighbour saved the situation. Why cannot the keys be in a safe box outside the property? This would be much more convenient and just as safe.

Attenti alla cauzione!

La posizione.

Per la prima volta su booking mi è stata chiesta una cauzione di 500 euro (oltretutto per una struttura per la quale avevo pagato 1/5 per 1 notte ) e un sopralluogo fotografico al check in e al check out. La pulizia purtroppo non era così buona, bagno senza aereazione, non utilizzabile il frigorifero a causa di cattivo odore.

Mooie locatie op korte afstand van het gezellige centrum van Blois

Ligging is prima met eigen parkeergelegenheid maar het is erg klein. Voor twee personen prima maar de bank en de stoel laten qua zitcomfort wel wat te wensen over. Het bed is erg smal en uiteraard te kort voor iemand van 193cm zoals ik.

De keuken was incompleet. Ik was blij dat ik wat eigen koekenpannen mee had. Steakmessenset kun je geen boter mee smeren. Er waren geen opscheplepels en de borden alsmede wijnglazen passen niet goed in de te kleine vaatwasser. In de vrij kleine woonkamer staat een game console en een ouderwetse radio. Leuke gadgets maar feitelijk is de ruimte hier te klein voor..kan beter benut worden door een kast waar je dingen in op kunt bergen. Veel van de aanwezige lampen deden het niet goed; zaten los of de snoeren waren te kort voor de logische plaatsing van deze lampen.

L’intérieur est conforme aux photos et le lit dans la chambre est confortable. Appartement très agréable.

Le bruit de l’aération (en journée cela n’est pas dérangeant mais la nuit, cela peut l’être).

Manque de contrôle et réaction inapropriée du propriétaire vis à vis des clients

Appartement calme et sympa situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. Parking privé gratuit. Animaux acceptés.

Appartement pas nettoyé lors de notre arrivée à 16h00 (vaisselle sale dans l'évier, couchage utilisé en vrac sur le lit, serviettes traînant dans la sdb, etc...). La réservation datait de 3 mois et l'heure d'arrivée avait été indiquée lors de la réservation... Réaction inacceptable du propriétaire qui nous a dit que si nous n'étions pas satisfaits nous pouvions partir !!! Inadmissible ! Finalement, une femme de ménage est venue en urgence nettoyer. Nous avons pu disposer de la location avec plus de deux heures de retard. Si nous étions arrivés plus tardivement en soirée, nous terminions à l'hôtel alors que nous avions payé 378€, cette location... Par ailleurs, j'ai dû réparer un chevet et le portant de la chambre qui étaient branlants... Le propriétaire devrait contrôler régulièrement sa location et s'assurer que le ménage est effectué avant chaque location.

Leider nicht für uns!

Leider haben wir auf dem Bettbezug ein gekringeltes Haar gefunden. Es roch für uns auch nicht gut Die Anreise war für uns so schlecht beschrieben, sodass wir uns als Eindringlinge fühlten weil wir an verschiedenen Stellen die Schlüssel ausprobiert haben. Neben einigen anderen Dingen, die uns nicht eingeladen haben zu bleiben, wackelt auch die Klobrille sehr. Wir haben tatsächlich nur kurz unsere fehlenden Hundekuchen gebacken und sind wieder abgereist. Sorry, tut uns leid so eine Bewertung zu schreiben aber für uns passte das überhaupt nicht.

La proximité du centre-ville pour les Rendez-vous de l'histoire, le calme du quartier, le parking privé gratuit sécurisé, le confort et les équipements, la literie très confortable, la réactivité des hôtes par rapport à nos questions - même si tout s'est déroulé en ligne.

Juste une suggestion : placer une barre d'appui au mur de la salle de bains pour sécuriser l'entrée et la sortie de la baignoire aux personnes qui rencontrent des difficultés motrices. Avec cela ce serait parfait !
