Impressive apartment for short and long stays.

Very spacious, modern, newly furbished apartment with all the comforts. Suitable for long stays. Easy check-in procedure. The staff was very helpful with my needs and questions. Few minutes walk from the train station.

I guess air conditioning would be welcomed in summer. But anyway, a fan was provided.

good place to stay in the center of the city

Good place to stay for several days in the center of the city. Everything important is in walking distance. Good equipped kitchen. Nice living/dining room.

The room easily heats up. The two ventilators are a nice gesture yet, the noise level from the main street is pretty high, so opening the windows while sleeping is a no-go for me. The bed is very tight to the wall, so one person has trouble to get in/out unless you walk over the bed itself.

The apartment is indeed very comfortable, and may be a good option to stay at for a week

The indicator on the water heater is misleading: it claims that the water is already hot while in reality it's not. It takes around 20 minutes to heat it

I enjoyed my stay there and the host is nice and flexibly with out request.

The place location is very well located, close to main train station and city bus/tram station. Walkable to restaurant and shopping street. Check-in and check-out is easy and went on smoothly.

The noise from the club opposite the street and noise from the tram and car. You just need to close the windows to keep those noise down.

Excellent apartment to stay in Saarbrucken with family or friends!

The apartment is very nice and spacious. It is very close to the city center and train station. Nearby there are restaurants, bakery and supermarket.

There were few towels (but we asked the lady who cleans the apartments for more). There was no elevator, so it is not appropriate to people with mobility problems.

Superb

Check-in was quick and easy thanks to the information we received in advance from the owner. The apartment is equipped with coffee machine, fridge, microwave, stove (no oven). The temperature in the apartment could be increased as needed. In the vicinity of the apartment you could find restaurants, shops, pharmacies.

On the ground floor of the building there were fast-food restaurants, which caused a lot of noise even after midnight. Also, the area was frequented by homeless people, which made it a bit unsafe.

Host is nice and friendly, helped us a lot by allowing early check-in.

The flor in the bathroom has no proper curve to the drain, so water after shower was literally everywhere, and there was no mop to clean it properly, so it caused us inconvenience

The spray wand in the shower doesn’t work. Water gets out of the shower and makes the floor dangerously slippery.
