Old and sketchy

What breakfast? The location was dirty and felt dangerous.

Apartment in generally bad shape but serviceable. Old and everything smelled like smoke inside and outside the apartment. Sketchy people lurking around and smoking on every doorstep. Close to town Center but not a good area.

Poor

The room was basic and what I would have expected at first glance. Neutral: the location was quite good, 20 min by foot to the train station and probably 5 min or less to the St. Johannes Markt. Unfortunately, when I stayed there was a festival right around the corner which in the heat with slightly keeping the window ajar and being an early riser was not so great. It would have been nice to be made aware of that during the booking.

There are a couple of things I was not impressed by, the main one being that the bathroom floor was clearly dirty and there were loads of hairs from the previous residents. Also not clean were the table and chairs. Additionally, the WiFi worked for the first time I arrived, when I came back later and for the entire stay it was not working and not quite clear who to contact. Next point I was concerned about is the water quality of the kitchenette sink, it did not taste fine - the bathroom was fine. Last main point was the smell, despite it being a non-smoking room there was an unpleasant smell of cold smoke.

Never again

Had to wait 50 min and called several times 3 different numbers until I could enter, noone was there for checkout nobody answered the phone The room was under construction, could only enter it at night Dirty as hell Garbage wasn't emptied, bathroom dirty, staff smoked in the room before, noone spoke proper German, pillows were uncomfortable, it was really really noisy

Location is close to square and shops. Stoves and fridge were available. The host was responsive.

Heater and one of the main lights were not working. And the apartment did not received a lot of sunshine so at evening it was already quite dark and cold. The towels in the bathroom were grey-ish white.

Le quartier pas très bien fréquenté le soir. L'immeuble vieux et pas super entretenu. L'appart assez propre mais vieillot ! La fenêtre au rez de chaussée (accès possible si ouvert !) Pas de climatisation

De ingang was niet mooi en achteraf bleek dat we s’middags een mail hadden ontvangen van het appartement nr en nieuwe codes voor naar binnen te komen, maar toen waren wij al onderweg en had de mail niet goed ontvangen

Das Dorf in mir.

Gude, meine Freundin und ich sind/ waren auf der Durchreise und haben ein Zimmer für eine Nacht gebraucht. Die Lage ist wunderbar und man hat alles was man an Geschäften etc. benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben dort ein Konzert besucht was die Lage umso besser für uns gemacht hat. Es empfiehlt sich das Auto gegenüber dem EDEKA zu parken, ab 20 :00 - 8:00 Uhr Kostenlos, oder ein paar Euro Zahlen, dafür ist es aber Safe und nur einige Meter entfernt.

Für eine Nacht war es perfekt, doch die Messlatte sollte niedrig bis gar nicht vorhanden sein. Entledigt man sich seinem Anspruch, ist es ein Traum, wer länger bleiben möchte, naja... Ich bin ausserdem ein "Dorfkind" und komme nicht darauf klar, dass ständig die Eingangstür auf und zu geht (sofern man ein Zimmer im EG hat). Der ständige Stadtlärm hält das Dorf in mir wach, sollte aber kein Problem für "Stadtkinder" sein. Rest müsst ihr wissen, ciao.

Ausstattung ein bisschen veraltet. Aber für den Preis völlig in Ordnung.

Unseriöser Vermieter!!!

Appartement wurde Wochen vorher gebucht und bezahlt, war aber am Anreise Tag nicht verfügbar! Ersatz wurde zwar angeboten jedoch weiter entfernt und über einer Kneipe! Natürlich habe ich das abgelehnt.
