Great spacious apartment with a very good kitchen. Very well organized with regards to furniture and living area. I can only recommend.

It was very nice and.comfortable stay .

I reached the apartment very late at 1am and used the door code provided by the owner. It was very smooth and I had no problem. I stayed there with my parents and got everything needed for 6 nights to stay comfortably. My parents slept on the bed and I slept on the sofa bed. The apartment has washing machine, iron and dishwasher as well. It was a nice experience for my parents first time in Germany. I couldn't switch on the induction and the owner immediately called me on WhatsApp and showed me how to do it. He was really helpful and easily available over call or Whatsapp

The apartment was on 3rd floor and my parents were old. So, had to carry all luggages which was difficult for them . And there is no direct bus to the main station, so it was challenging. I booked all the time taxis but sometimes taxis also didn't come . Otherwise everything was fine for us.

Gut für einen Arbeitsaufenthalt.

Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat einen Tisch, an dem man gut arbeiten kann, was die Büroarbeit sehr erleichtert. Außerdem hatte der Fernseher ein HDMI-Kabel, das ich mit meinem Laptop verbinden konnte.

Leider sind die Schiebetüren der Duschkabine kaputt. Es ist kein großes Problem, aber sie sollten ausgetauscht werden

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit kleinen Schwächen.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist mit der Grundausstattung versehen und ermöglicht einfaches Kochen. Die Lage ist angenehm und man fühlt sich grundsätzlich wohl. Man ist außerdem schnell in der Stadt und anderen bei Aktivitäten. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden.

Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig – man konnte sogar die Person in der Wohnung darunter schnarchen hören. Die Duschtrennwand ist, wie bereits in älteren Kommentaren erwähnt, immer noch defekt. Außerdem lassen sich am Fernseher viele Apps nicht nutzen, da keine Updates durchgeführt wurden. Und wer mehr als Salz als Gewürz mag, sollte es mitbringen!

Alles war seht unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist schöngelegen und ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Beim nächsten Tagungsaufenthalt gerne wieder.

Un po lontano dal centro ma veramente perfetto per rilassarsi,cucina nuova e lavatrice funzionante.

Il box doccia ha solo un piccolo difetto: bisogna rifare una guarnizione nuova di silicone per impedire la fuoriuscita di acqua quando si fa una doccia, bisogna prevedere un ventilatore per le giornate calde.

Nette Ferienwohnung

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und umgehend. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber. Check in unkompliziert. Sehr gute ruhige Lage. Man ist schnell mit Buss oder Auto in der Stadt. Man könnte sogar izu Fuß die Stadt in 30 Minuten erreichen. Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkplätze gibt es auch. Der Wald ist in der Nähe Pizzeria fußläufig und ein echt nettes Wohngebiet.

Hier und da könnte man mal Kleinigkeiten erneuern.

Ruhige Lage, moderne Küche & Bad, guter Kontakt zum Vermieter, Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch — vor allem, wenn man mit Kleinkind unterwegs ist.

Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser ausfallen. Im Inserat ist für die Dachgeschosswohnung leider nicht zu erkennen, dass sie mehr oder weniger die Fortsetzung des Treppenhauses ist. Zwar ist die Wohnung durch eine Tür unten getrennt, insgesamt ist sie aber sehr hellhörig. Gerade nachts hört man ziemlich deutlich die Mieter der Wohnung, die darunter liegt. Etwas mehr Offenheit bei den Fotos wäre gut, so entspricht die Wohnung nämlich nur z.T. dem Inserat.

Unzureichend, kalt, sauber, abgewohnt

Der Ausblick und die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gefallen.

Das Warmwasser im Apartment war leider unzureichend. Selbst nach einem ganzen Tag Betriebszeit der Therme reichte die Wassermenge lediglich für eine Person – alle weiteren mussten kalt duschen. Das Apartment selbst war zwar grundsätzlich sauber und ordentlich, hinterließ jedoch insgesamt einen abgewohnten Eindruck.

War sehr angenehm, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Die Küche und Esszimmer war gut eingerichtet, es gab auch Senseo Maschine inklusive Kaffeepads sowie Salz, Oel, Zucker etc. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist fuer Ältere Leute nicht so gut, da es keinen Aufzug gibt. In 10 bis 15 Minuten fussweg erreicht man Aldi, Rewe und Stadtwald. Richtung Universität erreicht man schönen Wilfpark
