This renovated, historic house is located on a traffic-calmed street on Saarbrücken’s Triller, just a few minutes’ walk from Saarbrücken Castle, several museums, and the city center. Shops for daily necessities are within walking distance.
Free parking is available in front of the house. A beautiful view of the city and a garden with a terrace more than make up for the few steps leading up to the house. Chairs and a table are provided in the garden shed for use on the terrace.

The house covers 64 m², spread over 2 floors. On the lower floor, there is a functional bathroom with a shower, an utility room with a washer-dryer, a hallway, and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker (Senseo), and electric kettle.
The upper floor houses the bedroom and workspace. This room is furnished with a couch, a double bed (1.6 m wide), a sleeper chair, a wardrobe, a desk, and a TV. Wi-Fi is available.
The house features modern floor and ceiling heating.
On-site fees: A 50% prepayment is charged immediately after booking. The balance is due before arrival. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, washer/dryer, parking spaces in front of the house, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are included.
