Good room, nice location but the host a bit tricky.

It was a nice apartment room 1 kms from the promenade. Water was gone while having shower, tried contacting the host but he was not prompt in reply. 20-30 mins later it was fixed by itself I guess, as the host didn't replied at all. Have supermarkets and restaurants around. Parking is possible behind the building.

Better another hotel.

Clean, good location.

It’s not a hotel, more like rooms to stay. No sight to find an entrance of the hotel, but the guy met us to check in late in the night. Water problems 2 days out of 3. The elevator didn't work, the rooms were on the 4th floor, and breakfast was on the 6th, on the roof. The hotel doesn’t reply to messages regarding documents needed after the stay. No parking.

The family ❤️ wonderful people trying to help in anything they can. Plus, the breakfast is very tasty and abundant. You can have a great view from the last floor of the building to all the city of saranda. ( there hey serve the breakfast). Regarding the room: The air conditioner works well, and the bathroom and bed were very clean. The location is 10- 15 min from the beach. I think is very well located and also they are many options for eating nearby by.

The elevator was not working, so we had to carry our luggage for 3 floors ( we received the help of the family to do this). Important point: the address in booking is not correct. It takes you to a corner like 3 -5 min walking from the hotel. Therefore, this should be fixed.

Very modern and comfortable room including beds and bathroom. Very friendly staff. Good home-made breakfast (rich higher standard continental served on tables, but not buffet).

Part of rooms (and it was case of ours) are oriented with its balcony (not entirely soundproof) to the quite busy road with noise of local traffic. However, on the other hand, the port as well as downtown promenade are almost nearby. It is not pure hotel with reception, rather rooms in part of the building with staff living there on the different floor.

Very good hotel!

Quality staff! The hotel was really clean and the location near the centre makes it flexible to go out. Moreover, in the last minutes I needed to modify the stay at the hotel, quitting the last two days. They agreed and modified m stay without any charge. On top of all, the quality of the hotel and the price really goes beyond the expectations 👍

This hotel is in an excellent location in Corfu. Room was spacious,with comfy bed. The hotel is run by a friendly family. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty, made from local home-made products. We have parking for our car in front of the hotel. We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Wonderful family-run hotel

This hotel is run by an absolutely lovely family, all super helpful and they make a delicious big breakfast. The location is super central, and the apartment is spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay here again! Call them when you get to Saranda though because the hotel is above a hardware store so it’s tricky to find the door to the hotel.

Great stay and value for money

The hotel is inside a tower, on the 3rd floor, with breakfast on the fifth. It is managed by a lovely lovely family and they really take care of you. Breakfast is home-made, local cuisine. I really liked the location as it is just enough far away from the hustle and bustle of the beach side but still less than 10 mins away from the beach, which makes it very quiet, well serviced with local shops and cafes. All in all, a great stay and good value for money.

Nothing really, I really enjoyed my stay, I cannot fault anything and I am happy to have picked this hotel. As mentioned, it is not on the beach-side, which is a good thing for me, around 10 mins walk.

Pleasant little hotel with good price-quality ratio, run by a welcoming and very supportive family.

The place itself is no big deal as there's no reception/hall, entrance is from a shop (!), the outside of the building is quite shabby and views from the rooms' windows are just depressing. However rooms are big and comfortable, all furniture is up-to-date and the excellent breakfast is served in the owners' own living room, which provides with a very pleasant homey feeling. And then there's them: the host family, who puts a real extra effort in everything they can to help you feel comfortable and afford any inconvenience you may experience during your stay in Saranda. The landlord came to pick us up by car at our arrival in town and on the last day's morning he also gave us a lift to the city harbour, where we needed to catch a ferry to Greece.

Lovely stay in Sarande

Diana was just the best host ever, breakfast was at her place and she just want to make you feel part of the family. The location is perfect, really close to the maritime promenade and the center of Sarande.

The room is maybe a little bit small but for sure it has all the conforts you may need (wardrobe, night stand, desk, fridge, etc.) so it was not really a problem. It has to be paid by cash.

Lovely hosts

The hosts are AMAZING people. They treat you like your family. They picked us up from the port, breakfast was served in their house (fresh food, homemade jam, some local specialities). Room is spacious, modern and very clean. Huge comfortable bed. Definitely recommend this place ;) PS don't forget to visit Ksamil while being in Saranda. It's a must!

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would say that there could be hangers for jackets / towels but it's a small thing.

Room was tidy and complete, the place is run by a family. Location is a bit of an uphill walk from the beach and port, with lots of local shops nearby. Breakfast was served by the family in their home which came at a little bit of a surprise. The family are lovely - we left behind a few items and they were very gracious about looking after it until we came back.

There was a bit of a wait for check in and there could be more attention for cleaning - there were a few spots that were missed and could’ve been spotted.
