Pleasant stay close to the ocean in lovely Trieste.

Spacious, modern, clean room. Elevator. Excellent location close to the old city and harbour. Reasonably straightforward access with online check in.

Staff attention to room issues was slow and unsatisfactory. The sink stopper kept getting stuck in the basin and the sink could not drain. The first staff member we spoke to said he would do something immediately but nothing happened. We needed to ask again and then it was fixed by a staff member using a toilet plunger who told us this frequently happens in other rooms too. Same thing happened again when we used the sink the first time after it had been ‘fixed’. We were unable to use it again because it didn’t drain. So for all but a few hours of our stay we had no sink which was very inconvenient. The attitude of the staff member we spoke to at check out was that because we booked with booking.com they could not offer us a discount for the inconvenience.

A doorway into Trieste’s charm

Elizabeth Boutique Rooms is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore Trieste. Communication was excellent, with clear instructions for check-in, parking, and breakfast. The option to enjoy breakfast at a historic café made the stay especially memorable. The room was a good size, well-equipped, and very clean- everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Really enjoy the stay in here. The room was so clean and the design make me feel like home and comfortable. Good location and there are many restaurants nearby. About 5-10mins walk to pier and attractions. Also, the service was thoughtful which is easy for self-checkin and you can put your luggages in their lockers before check in or after check out. Highly recommended!!

The shower head was a bit weak and the water was not hot enough. Otherwise, no complaints. Everything is excellent. <3

The water was cold several times and they then only gave as vouchers for a cafe which did not even wanted to give us a Cappucchibo for it.

It has a great location and excellent instructions on how to find the area and what to do in every situation (entrance, usage of certain facilities, etc.). Great employees, who are there, at your service and super friendly. The room is simple, with all the necessary details, and on the other hand, clean with a very comfortable bed. All in all, looking forward to staying again.

Very well organized staff! The communication was fantastic !!! There was even a locked place to stow your luggage before your rooms were ready if you were early. Rooms were clean and very comfortable! Restaurant next door is amazing!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

The property is situated in the city centre, and it is convenient to walk to any major sightseeing spots. Property seemed quite new, and the room was perfect clean. Support via SMS/WhatsUp were perfect. If you don't need physical presence of hotel staff, this place is perfect fit with good value for money.

I wasn't aware this property was not a hotel until I received a message which said "we don't have a reception". I felt a bit nervous as I arrived quite late at night (after midnight), but it went quite smoothly thanks to prior communication with the staff. This is not a Hotel in a traditional sense, but it is quite difficult to find a hotel in Trieste with short notice. I enjoy talking with people, so it's a bit sad I couldn't talk with hotel staff in person.

Cozy place right in a city center.

Location is awesome, right in a city center, very close to the all sights. Room is nicely decorated and has everything you may need. We was travaling with a baby, hotel provided us with a really good cot. Checkin process and comunication was super comortable. Also hotel provided us with a coupon to reduce parking price, which came very handy.

The mattress was too soft and the view was not very good, but this in no way detracted from our experience.

The location of the apartment is highly favorable, situated in the heart of Trieste, immediately adjacent to the central square. The room was characterized by its immaculate cleanliness and exceptional comfort. I wholeheartedly endorse this apartment as a suitable accommodation option.

The only suggestion I would like to make is to place the slippers in the room.

Lovely stay at beautiful room

Location is perfect so as the room. We felt at home from the first moment. Very spacious and clean room. Bed was comfy and we were welcomed with panettone and water bottles. Very lovely! Will definitely come back and recommend it 😊

The property was very clean and efficient. It was located a short walk from the cruise terminal and under a mile from the train station.

It was a little confusing locating the correct inner door as nothing was marked. A representative of the property is on site between 3:00 - 6:30pm for assistance.

Great stay in Trieste!

The host was so responsive and kind! She went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable. Everything was clean and the room was modern and spacious. We stayed here overnight before our cruise and the location is the best because the cruise ship is right across the street and the train station is walking distance! There are so many delicious restaurants around and the surroundings are beautiful! Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience in Trieste!

Perfect located in the center, surrounded by many nice restaurants & bars. We liked the possibility to have breakfast outside at the historical Caffè degli Specchi. The voucher enabled us to have a varied breakfast. The room is very nicely decorated and equipment with everything what you need. The entrance to building & room is organized by a digital code, everything worked very well and the nice and friendly team is always available if needed. Thanks to the soundproof windows, even in a small street there is a lot of traffic, we couldn't hear anything and had restful night's sleep.
