The apartment is pretty big, was clean, and everything worked very well. Getting inside was like travelling back in time to the 80's, with high quality furniture that has stood the test of time surprisingly well. The balcony gives a nice view. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like :-), but there are a couple of things you should be aware of when booking this place: - Stairs, both from the main road and up to the building and then 2,5 stories inside the building. This was fine with us, but you need to be able to lift your luggage. - Averara is a small village. You may need to drive some 10 minutes to the next small town to get groceries, as the small local store has limited opening hours. - There is a private parking space, which is on a narrow lawn some 30 meters up the road. People drive pretty fast on the road, so be careful in and out of the parking and when walking to the building. There is little vision to the left when driving on the the road from the parking, so I would recommend having someone to help spot for cars. However, having this parking space in a big plus when staying here.

La proprietaria è super disponibile! Appartamento grande, molto luminoso e fresco! La zona molto molto bella!!

Tutto perfetto! L'appartamento è funzionale, pulito e confortevole. La signora Luisa, la proprietaria, è molto gentile. Da consigliare.
