The lodge was well presented it had a cosy welcoming atmosphere and it was peaceful and quiet. Beds where comfortable with quality bedding so good nights sleep was had by all.

Our stay at Castledillon Forest Lodge was truly enchanting. Exploring the serene forest during the bathing session was a magical way to connect with nature. The Padel Tennis Court offered fun-filled moments for the whole family, while the tree houses and trampoline added an adventurous touch.
The affectionate ponies, retrievers(Lora and Purdy) made our stay even more special. Cozy evenings by the crackling fires created a comforting ambiance, and the lodge's eco-friendly practices were commendable. We left with hearts full of cherished memories and eagerly look forward to returning to this tranquil haven.

The location was beautiful.
The dogs that live in the house were very friendly.
And the lodge could have been beautiful if it was clean and warm on arrival.
It was spider infested, not overly clean some marks on the one bed sheets.. very dusty, unwelcoming because it was so cold on arrival.
