Wee gem

Good large house which has kept a lot of original features, (old priests residence). Kids enjoyed having their own room and GAA club was nearby for a few pints.

Excellent old house in the country, that has been updated well, maintaining some of the original features. Very spacious and comfortable, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

The beds were quite creaky and okay in terms of comfort but not outstanding.

Very comfortable large character property with real character. The attentive hosts are lovely genuine people.

Lovely old character property, very tastefully restored. The rooms are are spacious and well furnished. our hosts Kathleen and Peter were always available and were exceedingly helpful. The welcome basket was a very nice touch. The house has an excellent central heating system with large radiators throughout which kept it very warm. We have traveled around a lot and to find a property available in such a peaceful surround at such a reasonable price was a real find. We have already booked to come back next month. Highly recommended.

Great family holiday location

The house was as fabulous as the pictures, very spacious and great gardens. Kathleen the owner was very informative welcoming and even left beautiful home baked treats and necessities. My wife and I traveled with our son daughter-in-law and 4 children we visited several blue flag beaches which were about 1 hour away, our favourite being Clougherhead. The family also enjoyed lough Muckno which is 10 minutes away in Castleblaney. Great park and fabulous walks. We will definitely be back to Church View Manor.

Very warm welcome

Kathleen gave us a wonderful warm welcome and provided very helpful information on the locality and it’s services. The property was beautifully decorated, very warm and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our families stay. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Fantastic house for me and my family over my wedding weekend. House is very spacious and really nicely finished. The host Kathleen is excellent and couldn't do enough to help us during our stay.
