Brad's Place perfect for my needs. This is my third stay, Brad's a great host and very helpful, accommodation is central, clean, safe, secure and really good value for money in the Ballymena area.

Aggressive and abuse of honour that likes to threaten customers wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here
I booked and paid for my room when I arrived when I called the number outside the property the owner answered drunk and said he couldn’t give me the keys and started with a lot of Abuse and when I asked for my money back he really kicked off calling names and got very aggressive and threatening I wouldn’t advise for anyone to book here also it’s in a very ruff area and the owner couldn’t be trusted when he’s drunk and full of drugs around the property

Best air B&B for the price I have ever stayed in
You could not ask for more. Clean large room even left 2 bottles of water in room. Large TV in room with Netflix to watch. Tea and coffee right outside the room with coffee teabags and kettle. Honestly I could not ask for more. Felt very safe and host was very helpful
Of course your own bathroom would be great but for what hé charges it’s an absolute bargain. Bathroom is always spotless with plenty of hot water

Excellent, stay would use this place again.
The location was brilliant, really close to town centre and local amenities. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and tidy, could make yourself coffee any time of day. Over all had a lovely stay.
Don't think anything could have been better, host was really good as I was early to check in, offered me a coffee and could sit in lounge till room was ready.
