About this apartment rental

This spacious apartment is located in the historical city center of Desenzano. While beeing away from the noise of the square, it's just a couple of minutes away from the lake and heart of the city.
With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, it's the ideal place to spend your holidays with family and friends.

The neighbors are doing some renovations, so there might be some noise related to the works going from 9:00-12:00 and 15:00-17:00. No works will be done during the weekend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. A beautifully furnished apartment and very clean. Titti was wonderful in meeting a few needs that we had. We loved the town and walking distance to restaurants and the ferry! So much to see us n the Lake!

We had a great stay at this apartment. We could walk to the ferry in about 5 minutes and the train in 10 to 12. Coffee and pastries around the area, gelato, bars, and restaurants. We loved the area. Having a parking spot at the apartment was really handy. Host was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay. Grocery store within walking distance. Great gelato store close by. Host provided the most professional binder with everything you would need to know. Medical numbers, transportation options, bus and ferry schedules, grocery store info, restaurants in the area, etc. our stay was great. 🎉🥂🍷

This was a delightful place to stay- perfectly situated for the centre of Desenzano, but still lovely and quiet . The owner was extremely helpful,and the facilities were excellent - we look forward to returning

Great Apartment

This is a spacious clean apartment with 2 good sized balconies situated 2 mins walk ( down hill) from the centre of Desenzano The owners are very friendly and welcoming and included many basic essentials in the apartment ,upon our arrival. Parking can be a little tricky but railway station (trains to Verona Venice and Milan) buses and boats are within walking distance for visiting other places around the lakes. This apartment does have air conditioning a delight in August Good WiFi

Very nice apartment

This is a good quality apartment which suited our needs as it was only a five minute walk to the shops and road running alongside Lake Garda! The train station was a 10-15 minute walk which gave us access to Verona and Venice. The apartment is in a quiet area and has car parking available. The host was very helpful.

We stayed in the apartment for a 10 day holiday and the apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The apartment itself is in a great location, a very short walk down the road and you are right in the middle of the bars, restaurants and shops. The owners were very friendly and helpful and provided us with lots of local information that came in very handy during our stay. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Hope to come back soon - thank you

We have just returned from a 4 night break in the apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Titti was very helpful and gave us a warm welcome. It was ideally located for our stay, being close to the lake and all the great restaurants. The station was a walk away but only 20 minutes from Verona (well worth a day trip) You must do a boat trip too while you're there.

Excellent Apartment.

The apartment had everything we required and more,a large kitchen / dining area, fully equipped with excellent cooking facilities, 2 excellent bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 balconies front and back were great for dining out. The property was superbly located as a base for the 14 days we spent there to explore the region, a 15 minute walk from the train station which connected us with Milan, Verona, Venice and Brescia etc and a 5 minute walk to the the town centre in Desenzano for restaurants and the Port where we were able to get ferries to different destinations on the lake. We would highly recommend the property and also compliment our hosts on their easy going, friendly and helpful demeanor. Derry , Cork, Ireland. 10/09/2017

Vi var 5 voksne som bodde 3 dager i denne leiligheten. Beliggenheten er meget god ifht byen og et godt utgangspunkt for å utforske nærliggende byer rundt Gardasjøen. Leiligheten er moderne og har gode fasiliteter. Vi kan anbefale stedet på det varmeste.

Wir haben das untere Apartment bewohnt. Dieses ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Vom vorderen Balkon hat man einen Blick auf den Gardasee, vom hinteren Balkon einen Blick auf das Castello. Die Stadt sowie die Strandpromenade liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Vermieterin und ihre Kinder sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und tun alles für das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Apartment und der tollen Umgebung sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Un superbe appartement où nous avons été accueillis très gentiment par toute la famille de Morgana. L'appartement est très spacieux, d'une propreté impeccable et situé à vraiment 2 pas du centre de Desenzano. Il est très bien équipé. Le parking permet de laisser la voiture pour se déplacer à pied ou en bateau. Nous recommandons fortement cette location pour une famille.

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den Vorgaben aus dem Inserat. Mit zwei Bädern, Balkonen und einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche ist die sehr gepflegte Wohnung für vier Personen optimal. Sie liegt nicht einmal fünf Gehminuten zur Altstadt entfernt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr positiv. Die Klimaanlage in Schlaf- und Wohnraum, sowie der gesicherte Stellplatz vor dem Haus haben die Wohnung zusätzlich noch aufgewertet. Rundum haben wir uns in den zehn Tagen wie zuhause gefühlt. :) :)

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub 2015 am Gardasee verbracht und waren mit der Wohnung mehr als nur zufrieden. Es ist eine tolle, neu renovierte Wohnung an ruhiger und doch sehr zentraler Lage. 1-2 Gehminuten und schon ist man auf der Piazza. Zudem gibt es einen gesicherten Autoabstellplatz. Auch die Gastfreundschaft war Erstklassig!!! Vielen Dank an Morgana und Titti! Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Der Urlaub wird uns in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben. Sicherlich auch dank unserer Bleibe in Desenzano del Garda. Eine Klimaanlage sowie einen Internetanschluss würden die Wohnung noch weiter aufwerten. Liebe Grüsse Familie Stadelmann
