The location, the cleanliness, it had everything we needed
The living room fan wasn’t particularly efficient, the bedroom fan much better. WiFi a little unreliable.

Zuerst einmal ist die Lage fantastisch. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und man ist mitten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und alles hat bei uns funktioniert.
Die Wohnung ist zwar sauber, aber im Treppenhaus zur Wohnung befanden sich bereits ein paar tote Kakerlaken. Diese konnte man auch im Abstellraum im Schlafzimmer finden. Kakerlaken im Süden sind zwar keine Überraschung, aber man sollte es wissen. Ansonsten war die Hauseingangstür, wie andere bereits beschrieben haben, sehr schwerfällig.

Excellent location and fabulous price for the area . Absolutely everything we needed in the apartment. The correspondence with the host was excellent .
We loved our stay . There was a musty smell however this is probably due to the age of the building . Stairwell to the property was in poor condition again probably due to it being older property .

Beliggenheden tæt på den gamle bydel i Nice
Adgangsforholdene og døde biller i opgangen. Desuden at vi skulle betale en ekstra ‘leje’ i form af depositum på 50 euro.
