We stayed here for 5 nights, my boyfriend and I and we absolutely loved the apartment. There was an AC which kept the place cool as we were staying in summer. It was spacious and clean and very lovely to stay in. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch. We had plenty of towels to use and even beach towels and umbrellas! Fantastic, bravo Cecile and Alice, you have made our stay fantastic. Great location too! Love from Australia 🇦🇺

Location was fantastic and the apartment was lovely. Alice and Cecile couldn’t do enough for you, excellent communication.
Air con would have been nice but plenty of fans to keep cool.

The apartment was a nice size. There was an air conditioner, and 2 fans. The owners were very nice and accommodating to our request to drop off luggage early. It seemed clean.
The building is very very old. Of course it’s located in old town NICE. However, there were holes in the walls, poor lighting, it appeared dirty, no elevator that we could find so we had to walk up many flights of stairs to get to the apartment with 2 huge suitcases and backpacks. After flying 8 hours this was exhausting. The condition of the building was really shocking. Our main concern was means of egress during a fire or other emergency. We felt we would not be able to get out of the building safely.
