Very good location. Lovely decorated throughout and felt very homely. Not far from a nearby play field / dog walking area. Photos were accurate to what we had. Very comfortable beds. 2 toilets were also handy! Loved it was dog friendly and respected to the rules of this no problem. Property owner very helpful. Plenty parking nearby.
The downstairs floor was filthy when walking without shoes on and could do with a deep clean.
We were not given enough toilet rolls or bin bags to last us for our stay and needed to contact the owner regarding this (but this was sorted very promptly).
It is on a busy road so lots of passing cars but got used to it.

It had everything we needed for our holiday.
Very busy road, very noisy day and night, very little sleep it was that loud.
