Fabulous little place

Location was amazing walking down the steps at the bottom of the street and straight into town. A home from home everything we needed although only a short stay.

The house was very clean, smart and well equipped. The location was very close to the town centre, but also nice and quiet.

The road outside the house is steep which made parking interesting. It was fine once we got used to it.

Great location, beautiful area, lots to see & do.

Lovely cottage, excellent location, very clean, well stocked kitchen for cooking equipment, utensils, crockery etc. Milk & biscuits on arrival a nice touch. Good living room to relax in. Clean and comfortable beds and reasonable size rooms. Plenty of hot water, good shower/bathroom. Little yard out the back with a small table & chairs, nice to sit out there. A few minutes walk into the lovely town of Skipton, good shops, great market and plenty of places to eat out. Not far from Harrogate, Knaresborough & Settle if you want to take the train.

The decor in the living room could have been a little bit brighter/lighter but minor detail and otherwise no complaints.

Host called to warn of an event in town and arranged an early check in so that we could arrive early and avoid the road closures. House very comfortable, good shower and location was great. Netflix was a bonus. Would stay again.

Highly recommended property in Skipton

This is an excellent, well appointed two bedroom house in a very central Skipton location. We really appreciated having a washing machine and dryer and smart with Netflix. The property is just a five minute walk from the middle of Skipton but in a quiet street with easy parking. The Yorkshire Dales were literally right on our doorstep

We were very pleased with location and the standard of the house. We felt vey comfortable with the use of the house, all was immaculately clean and beds were very comfortable too. Good facilities

The smaller bedroom would benefit from a wardrobe instead of the chest of drawers.

Ideal property providing a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Great location with only a few minutes walk to the town centre. Also beautiful open countryside within 10 minutes drive. Property was extremely clean and well equipped. Very quiet despite proximity to the town. Overwhelming number of bars, pubs, restaurants and one off shops with lots to do.

The owner put the heating on for us and put fresh milk in the fridge and a packet of chocolate biscuits. Very comfortable beds, hot powerful shower. Games and books. Netflix. Comfortable lounge and dining room. Well-equipped kitchen

Lovely house in a very quiet area and within walking distance to everything you would need. The house was clean and comfortable and the children's Netflix was an added bonus for my 2 year old. On arrival he began to run around looking at everything very excited saying "gusta casa" ( his way of telling us he liked the house) and he repeated it many times throughout our stay.we look forward to staying again.

The house was very clean and tidy. All the necessary accessories were available in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was amazing. The weather might not have been pleasant, but we felt comfortable, warm, and content in the house. Home away from home. Hoping to come back in the summer.
