Fantastic location, with parking in centre of Ambleside

Location superb, parking space and minutes from restaurants, bus stops. Couldn't be better

Steps into property quite steep, but secure with handrail so ok. Shower cubicle in second bedroom not designed for the larger person. Don't let these things put you off. Truly great place to stay.

Settees needed cleaning much better. There were crumbs and dust etc between the cushions.

Good location in the centre of Ambleside

Lovely lounge, kitchen and dining area - area bigger than it appears on the photographs. Both bedrooms are spacious and the en-suite bathrooms are an added bonus. Having a free parking spot just outside the property is great

A most enjoyable stay tinged with slight disappointment due to the cleanliness issue.

The apartment was very stylish with a quality finish. The location was perfect especially having a free parking space. The master bedroom had the wow factor. It was huge with an enormous comfy bed!

The cleanliness (or lack of) was really disappointing. When we arrived I noticed a couple of hairs on the tv cabinet & then I moved to the kitchen area where the floor required a good hoover. The skirting boards in the kitchen & master en-suite were thick with dust & needed a thorough wipe down. The shelf in the other en-suite looked like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth. There were random hairs throughout & the cupboard that housed the vacuum cleaner (which I had to use) needed the floor wiping. I am not obsessive about cleaning by any means but it took the edge off how I viewed the property.

We loved Ambleside and the Lakes District and the close proximity of the house 4 out of 5 stars.

The location was excellent. The living space was nice & comfortable. The bed in the smaller bedroom was comfortable. It was great having en-suite bathrooms and a washer. It was very quiet sleeping.

Messages sent through booking.com were never received after the first msg according to LetMeStay so I communicated directly with LetMeStay. Communication with the property mgr could definitely be improved with turnaround and who responded, we were routed to call centers in the USA twice and wait times were up to 20 mins. The bed in the master bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows, eventually I placed the duvet on top of the mattress. Helpful amenities: toilet paper holder, a little laundry detergent. And the floors in the bathroom and bedrooms needed a thorough cleaning and the hallway table, We wiped them down with paper towels. Checkin should be 3 o’clock instead of 4 - It’s a standard.

Lovely location, quality of accommodation superb

The location was superb and quality of appliances and furnishings were high class. Easy parking in the centre of Ambleside. The hosts responded quickly to issues with Wi-Fi.

The shower in the main bedroom was unstable. Wi-Fi network was unavailable.

Adequate accommodation in a wonderful location

Great location

It could have been a lovely space but the furnishings absolutely spoilt it - basic and quite uncomfortable sofas and dining chairs. Also the rooms were unnecessarily dominated by TV screens. Hated the Alexa arrangement. The showers were barely adequate - alternately scalding and freezing.

You will not regret booking this accommodation

Easy check in, very clean & comfortable. Milk in the fridge with tea, coffee and sugar available. Fully equipped kitchen, washing up liquid, tablets for washing machine and dishwasher provided. The bedrooms are great, beds very comfy! Absolutely brilliant location as well! In the middle of everything but still feels tucked away and private and very quiet at night.

We liked everything, nothing bad to say at all.

Beautifully decorated, well equipped but clutter free and so clean. Spacious enough to spread out, yet still have privacy of own en-suite bedrooms with TV. We loved the little touches of decor and that they had come from local shops. Location was excellent, everything on the doorstep but still quiet. The free parking was an added bonus, especially in such a busy place as Ambleside.

Couldn’t really fault it. Wi-Fi network we were given didn’t work but we used the Letmestay one and that was ok.

Fabulous location, cannot get anymore central, amazing hand wash in the apartment, very clean and every little thing has been thought of with friendly hosts on hand if needed.

Lovely modern central apartment!

Excellent location with private parking. Very modern and spacious. Tastefully decorated. Great TV’s with Netflix etc Comfy sofas. Will definitely stay again! Great digital hosts.

Clump of hair on the floor in living room on entry. TV not on the wall straight in main sitting room. Toilet seat in main bedroom broken/loose. Not much space in any of the cupboards to store food as they’re all filled with things already - had to store food on the windowsill - maybe an extra cupboard needed? These are minor things but areas to improve - we loved our stay :)

Superb

Apartment was spacious and each room had en-suite. It is located just around the corner from the shops/restaurants/cafes in Ambleside. Essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, kitchen towel and toilet rolls were provided - a pint of milk was also provided and placed in the fridge. Check in/check out was simple, using the tablet provided. The Wi-Fi connection was really good. The hosts communication was excellent.

Myself, husband, brother & sister in law felt like it was home from home. Central to local shop’s restaurants and pubs And everyone in town so welcoming Upon arrival the hosts left tea coffee sugar and milk and everything we needed was on the tablet even contacting the hosts 10/10 Will definitely be returning to the sorting office
