Shambles Cottage

Lovely and clean and comfortable. Some really thoughtful welcome goodies to eat and drink. Excellent communication with the owner.

No on sight parking was a slight inconvenience but we knew about this before booking so had planned accordingly.

Location, parking, everything you need, comfortable beds.

Nothing

Clean and pretty cottage, well located. I liked that it had a washing machine.

The check in process was a nightmare and very stressful. Multiple emails were sent via booking.com email. A phone call was made and the owners said they would email the code to a key box but did not. I had paid a weeks wages to rent the place yet it looked like I'd have to give up. Someone else called for me after the check in time and spoke firmly and persistently until a code was given.
