Comfortable cottage for a family in a great location

Great location, and very warm property

More kitchen equipment, only 2 saucepans, 1 tea towel, no jugs. Would have been good to know that the property did not have a freezer

The patio was unkempt full of weeds no comfort so unable to sit outside !The dining chairs uncomfortable I took elderly friends from USA and felt assured reading the blurb this would be a comfortable haven I rang the company to tell them and ask for a more suitable place and offered to pay extra No contact Stayed 1 night only Spoke to Booking .com they said I would be reimbursed Morland said to come to you as thats who I had booked through I took pictures as proof I have left numerous calls no one returns them In all my dealings with you over yrsI have never had such shoddy unprofessional treatment I was embarrased for my visitors As to date no apology or reimbursment

Brilliant location. Everything was well explained. Kitchen had all the things needed to make our daily breakfast. All facilities provided and worked well. The rooms are spacious and house is clean and well looked after. Showers had great pressure and beds were comfy.

I liked everything. Only comment there is no washing machine.

An enjoyable stay not withstanding some shortcomings.

The location was good and the property was comfortable overall.

Carparking was not so great as we had two cars and only one car parking label was provided. There was a very ugly skip outside the property which did not do justice to the property. When we sent photos to our friends they thought we stayed in a run down area. Hosts should provide more hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels and clothes. The written manual was more useful than Alexa.

Fantastic location and overall property was well fitted out and cared for

No shower gel - a bit unusual!! Showers didn’t drain very well and felt as though it was going to flood onto bathroom floor Sofas were not very comfortable and for a house with 6 beds were pretty mean Skip outside the front door was not a good look but realise that this is likely someone else’s

Lovely house in ideal location

The location is perfect, and the house nicely done up with modern furnishings/decoration. A residents parking permit was provided, which was useful.

We had to pay for parking in the local carpark for the 2nd car. The house was very comfortable for 4 people, but 6 would have been a squash. The sitting room was uncluttered to the point of being a little austere.

Exceptional

The smell was amazing, everywhere was defuser ( perfum ) and feels like home. Well cleaned and very comfortable for three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen equipment excellent. In addition the location perfect near many stores and restaurants

Very modern; everything was thought of inc good wifi, coffee machine, very comfortable beds, effective heating, situated in middle of town, parking ticket provided.

موقعه في وسط قرية امبلسايد. قريب من المطاعم و مراكز التسوق. حدائق و اهم معالم القريه قريبه جدا. لا تحتاج إلى التخطيط والترتيب. انصح بها للعوائل. السرير و البياضات نظيفة جدا.

عدم وجود مفاتيح للغرف لمزيد من الخصوصية. عدم وضع مناديل حمام إضافية و اكياس نفايات إضافية. مراوح الشفط لا تعمل في الحمام.
