Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you Ti Laouen, a magnificent new 130 m² house built in 2018 and tastefully decorated, ideally located in Sarzeau, in the heart of the Presqu'île de Rhuys, in a quiet residential area, just 300 meters from the beach.
The house comprises a beautiful, bright living room, a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen, 5 bedrooms including one on the first floor, two bathrooms with separate WCs. Large garden and 80 m² terrace, barbecue, outdoor shower. Ideal for a stay with family or friends. Bed linen and towels not included.
The accommodation is as follows:
First floor
- An attractive 50 m² living space comprising a lounge with armchairs, TV and fireplace. Access to the large terrace. A dining room with two tables for up to 10 people. You can even see the sea from the living room!
- A large open-plan kitchen with American fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker...
- A utility room with washing machine and sink
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
Second floor
- Four bedrooms, each with two single beds (80x200) or one double bed (160x200), with sea views from two of them.

Exterior:
- A large 80 m² terrace facing south and west. Garden table and chairs. Awning on west-facing terrace. Facilities at your disposal: barbecue, outdoor shower, ideal for returning from the beach.
- Spacious, quiet, fully enclosed garden. The house is located on a 1,000 m² plot.
Nearby amenities:
- Beach 300 m away, less than 10 minutes on foot
- Sailing school (windsurfing, optimist, catamaran) 10 minutes' walk away.
- The town of Sarzeau is less than 10 minutes away by car, where you'll find supermarkets, quality food shops and a market.
