Welcome to Sarzeau! If you are looking for a place to relax and recharge, this 140 m² house is perfect! You can enjoy it with family or friends, as it can accommodate up to 10 people.
The place can be perfect for large family or friends gatherings, it can accommodate up to 15 people if you rent the small neighbouring house (REF: 10996)
His large and beautiful garden will be ideal for sharing convivial moments around breakfast, board games or delicious barbecues. The interior of the house also invites you to gather: you can share good meals around the table, chat in the living room, watch a film on television or prepare delicious dishes in the very well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle).
The house has 5 bedrooms. Two of them are on the ground floor, both equipped with a large double bed and decorated in white and blue tones to create a soothing atmosphere. The other three bedrooms are upstairs, two of them are equipped with a double bed and the last one is ideal for children, with a bunk bed and a single bed.
To make your stay even more pleasant, the house is equipped with two shower rooms, two toilets, a washing machine and a parking space.

Great house and location. Lovely beach, close to the supermarket and creperies. Has all needed for a family holiday.
It took 24 hs for the team to come back to me on the lack of WiFi, and 48hs to come in person. It wasn't sorted before we left, 5 days after. Because we were working from there, we also ended up incurring in additional charges using our phones in order to work. No answer was gi en by the team.
