About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming architect-designed house for rent in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys. It features a swimming pool and Wi-Fi, has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, five spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, open from early June to late September, and a garden of around 600 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (bed linen, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with TV and fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
On the ground floor:
- A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Two double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm)
- Two bedrooms with two single beds (90x200cm)
- A separate toilet
- A shower room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private heated swimming pool (2.25m x 4.40m), open from 1 May to 30 September, ideal for making the most of sunny days.
- A beautiful 600 m² garden + terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, in a very pleasant setting just 1 kilometre from the magnificent Goh Velin beach.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes, 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Nantes, 120 km away
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
